Fantastisch!

Pros:

De mens zijn heel erg aardig en behulpzaam

Cons:

Niks. Er is een moskee in de buurt maar we kregen zelfs oordopjes dus niks gemerkt (vroeg wakker worden).

Pros:

The staff is really friendly and will help you out with anything. The tv has netflix (already logged in!) that you can use right away which is a nice service! Room and anything else is clean. And: Every hotel needs someone like May, she is literally doing every job: reception, communication, serving food...

Cons:

As the bathroom is half opened, you have to deal with some mosquitos. We had a balcony but you're actually looking to a wall with some plants, could be nicer. Scooter rental not possible in the hotel so you need to rent somewhere else, which in Mataram, somehow, is not as easy as anywhere else.
You should know that the hotel is more like in a local area, there are not touristic things around. There is a mall and mosques of course but if you wanna head to beaches, you need to drive a bit.

We really enjoyed our stay, the staff made it especially good they are all so happy and welcoming. You couldn’t ask for

The staff were amazing, the rooms were very nice and clean. Good aircon that wasn’t noisy. Everything was well thought out. The food at the restaurant was delicious.

Just perfect 💯
Pros:

The room, the helpful staffs, the foods = 💯

Cons:

We could hear constant sounds everytime the wardrobe in front of our room opened. Need more sun beds by the pool, by now there are only two available

Clean and perfect service
Pros:

The hospitality and the service of the staff is unmatched. They exceeded our expectations big time. Everything was very clean and tidy and the staff was very helpful. Big reccomendation, the location is on the side of the city so not too busy and secret gilli tour and Senggigi are doable activities from here, not to far.

Cons:

Nothing to say, except some more sunbeds at the pool

Staff, accommodation was nice but the bill was not!!!
Pros:

Well maintained, nice suite with everything you need

Cons:

225k for a glass of wine… I own a restaurant /bar and they are charging half of a bottle for regular 150ml glass!
If they are going to charge this price, they could at least warn you

Für 2 Nächte eine gute Wahl.
Pros:

Ambiente, toller Pool, super freundliches Oersonal, alles sehr sauber…

Cons:

Lage - und die (auch nachts) lauten Musekin- Gesänge! Selten sooooo lange Gesänge gehört. (Deshalb bekommt man auch Ohrstösel vom Hotel gesponsert).

Rest war aber angenehm und kompfortabel

FANTASTIC!!
Pros:

Everything was excellent! Spacious room, clean facilities, fast and friendly staff, delicious food. If you book on the weekend , there will be a car free day and u can enjoy your morning walk w food in hand because there is street/stall food available.

Cons:

Nothing, I like everything about the Resort.

p/s: Buy Indoor Insecticides spray at indomart/alfamart specifically Fumakilla (Sweet powder-pink bottle spray) because it smells good! and mosquitoes repellent. You’re welcome.
