The Kanjeng Resort Ubud

Nothing i did not like the property at all, it was extremely bad, unclean and insects everywhere inside the room. The air conditioning was not even working. Me and my friend decide to book a different hotel for a cheaper price which is 100 times better and closer to center of ubud.

The most disappointing issue was the bed mattress — it seemed very old. When two people sleep on it, any movement from one person causes the entire mattress to shake like a wave, making it difficult to rest properly.

The bed sheets and towels, which should be white, were all grey and appeared quite worn. I understand this may not be the staff’s fault, but rather an issue for the owner to replace them with new sets. The curtains were also dirty.

Additionally, the slippers provided were not sealed in plastic packaging and had an unpleasant smell, as if they had been worn before. The liquid soap was also in poor condition — the container looked unwashed, and the soap itself seemed diluted with water.

The swimming pool was 1.6 meters deep, which made it unsuitable for non-swimmers like my mother (1.62 m tall). In most other hotels, pools are around 1.45 meters deep, making them more comfortable and accessible for both adults and children.

Finally, the room slide exist door had large gaps that could easily allow insects and lizards to enter.

I turned up guy was working on his own, so took a while to check in when i got in the pool was green. I looked under the sheets and found bed bugs and blood stains. Immediately left and was not offered a refund. Dont go

Hôtel pas tout proche d’UBUD et un qui commence un peu à vieillir. Mais personnel très gentil même s’il ne parle pas forcément super bien anglais.

Das Frühstück wurde nur auf Nachfrage abgeräumt ebenso wie das Zimmer sauber machen. Das hörte man sagen können, so gemalte das Frühstück vor sich hin und wir waren verwundert als man uns abends um 18:00, als wir vom Ausflug wiederkamen fragte, ob sie das Zimmer machen sollten

I did not like beds, beds were old and mattress was not comfortable at all. In bathroom there was no pressure for jet spray in toilet bowl

So many bugs, like an insane about of bugs inside, some bugs I’ve never even seen before, also things kept breaking, TV broke and they took it, never got it back, the lock broke and we had to wait for them to replace it. While the place seemed clean, there were a lot of stains and corrosion, and again so many bugs

Room could be touched up a little, always tv didn’t work, light bulb is bathroom was out.

I saw warms in the walls , snakes in the swimming pool and on my way , I didn't like it
