Great spacious rooms, new, large bed and clean for a best price in a best location!
Pros:

The rooms are new, clean and well maintained as spacious. At the moment the best price value in Aktau in this area of Aktau. The adjacent Breakfast place serves good breakfast too at a fair price.

Cons:

The check-in check-out times are kept very formal. We checked out 4 minutes past 12 and the receptionist had to call his manager to see if he could let us go.
