Pros:

Funcionários atenciosos e prestativos. O quarto que ficamos era muito espaçoso e com camas ótimas, roupas de cama e toalhas de boa qualidade. Café da manhã bom e variado. O restaurante tem boas opções para almoço e jantar, e gostamos tudo que experimentamos. O estacionamento é fechado (no subsolo), seguro e com fácil acesso aos elevadores que levam aos quartos.

Cons:

Apesar do hotel ser próximo do Shoping Del Sol, para voltar após anoitecer, o caminho não é muito seguro, pois há muitos pedintes pelo caminho. No dia que fui caminhando fiquei preocupado na volta.

localização e rapidez na resolucão de alguns problemas existentes

O hotel deveria ter um plano B para resolver eventuais problemas e nao ser obrigado a mudar os hospedes de quarto.
