De locatie van het hotel was goed. Ook fijn dat er de mogelijkheid is van een spa.

Cons:

De handdoeken waren vies, interieur is sterk verouderd, waardoor veel kapot was zoals kranen in de badkamer en toilet. Ook was het ontbijt erg slecht.

Localização, cortesia, limpeza, tamanho do quarto.

Cons:

Travesseiros um pouco altos - poderia ter mais variedade.
O ar condicionado está num local em que o vento vai direto em cima da cama. Sugiro aquelas peças que mantêm o ar para cima.
E, como o box não tem porta, a água cai fora. Poderia ter algum aparador para evitar molhar o chão do lado de fora.
Mas são detalhes. O hotel é muito bom.

Great place to relax in the heart of Asunción, close to good malls and restaurants.
Pros:

- the room was large (although maybe a little lacking in furnishings, as this is quite a new hotel), and the facilities in the room, including the bathroom and a stocked mini-bar, were excellent;
- nice swimming pool and good views at night from the rooftop terrace bar;
- reasonable continental breakfast including in our room rate;
- cleanliness throughout the hotel was good;
- although our room (116) was on the first floor at the front (overlooking one of the main avenues in Asunción) the soundproofing was excellent and we heard little noise during our stay;
- the king size bed was extremely comfortable;
- free, secure underground parking.

Cons:

We had to pay in advance at check-in and there was no option to charge anything to your room account; I'm not sure if this is now common practice, but we found it inconvenient - this meant that we had to carry a credit card when we went to the rooftop pool & terrace bar and pay for everything at the moment of service, i.e. there was no ability to open a 'tab' even though we were resident.
We felt that, overall, the hotel was a little expensive, both for the room and for the drinks and food in the terrace bar - without my Genius discount we would not have stayed there.

Excelente hotel, ótimo custo benefício.
Pros:

Apartamentos espaçosos e confortáveis. Possui ferro e tabua de passar. Café da manhã bom, sendo o restaurante para jantar excelente. Parte da piscina e rooftop muito bom. Estacionamento seguro incluído na diária. Adoramos tudo.
