الموقع ممتاز والسويت مع غرفتين وشرفة جميل وكبير وفخم والمسبح ممتاز والموظف احمد وسلمان والموظفة سلمى كانوا خلوقين وخدومين ومحترمين جداً وخدمة الفاليه ( صف السيارات ) ممتازه وسريعه
الروم سيرفس تنظيفهم اي كلام ، طلعت ورجعت ولقيت الارض وسخة مثل ماكانت والطاولات لم يتم مسحها ، كلمتهم على مكيف الغرفة الثانيه انه خربان وقالوا انهم صلحوه ولكن لم يتغير شيء ، طلبت اوردر ( اكل ) من برا ولم يتم توصيله للغرفه وقالوا ان هذي سياسة الفندق اننا مانوصل اكلك للغرفة ؟! وقلت خلوني اشوف البند هذا وتهربوا من السؤال والموظف الهندي اللي بالاستقبال لم يكن محترم ، طلبت ثلج واخذوا علي مبلغ ! انا ماشفت فندق بحياتي ياخذ عليك فلوس عشان الثلج او مايوصلك طلباتك الخارجية للغرفة ! امر مستغرب من فندق 5 نجوم ، انت تخدم نفسك بالفندق اكثر من ما هم يخدمونك ، المسبح مافيه سليبرات ، دافع 400 دينار كويتي تقريباً على 3 ايام وساكن بأحسن سويت عندهم ولم تتم خدمتي بشكل يليق لي ولعائلتي بل خدمت نفسي اكثر من ماهم خدموني ، تجربة مخيبة للاسف

الفندق جميل جدًا ونظيف، الغرفة مريحة والإطلالة رائعة، والموقع ممتاز. تعامل الموظفين راقٍ والخدمة كانت ممتازة.
