Asked to pay for broken weighing scales - a total joke!
Pros:

The room was OK, decent bed.

Cons:

We were wrongly asked to pay for some weighing scales in our room that broke when the glass top was touched. The glass shattered into hundreds of pieces all over the floor. This caused alot of inconvenience as we were both in bare feet at the time. To be then asked to pay for a replacement was a total joke.

We ate in the restaurant on the first evening but the food was of poor quality. The breakfasts were good.

Every thing good the staff and the room and the location near Souq Waqif

Cons:

The hotel needs urgent renovation, including the reception, rooms, and breakfast area. Breakfast should be better and more elegant than that.

güzel konum ,iyi kahvaltı , temiz , personel ilgili ,fiyat fayda olarak gayet başarılı bir otel.
Pros:

Kahvaltı fena değildi. yeteri cesit vardı. konum cok iyiydi. souq waqif dediğimiz merkeze ve metroya 650 m ve kolay ulasım. Odaların geniş olmasını , temizliğini , personelin iyi ve anlayışlı olmasını. belirttğimiz şeylere dikkat edilmesi hosumuza gitti. Tekrar konaklayabileceğim bir otel oldu. fiyat fayda olarak gayet iyi.

Cons:

Otel lobisine ve oda içerisinde biraz daha fazla ikramlık icecek v.b. şeyler olabilir.

Perfect location clean rooms and nice staff, service can be improved
Pros:

Location is perfect, close to everywhere. Staff is very nice and helpful

Cons:

There was a limit on drinkable water which was provided by the hotel, there was two per room you cannot get even get a third bottle of water, I think that's little cheap. Water should be provided without any limit, it is not anything else.
