The Seattle Kraken Sweet Suite

It was clean, safe and great location.

Enjoyed my stay, rooms were very clean and so was the bathroom. Was a great place to lay my head after running around Seattle and Washington all day for a decent price.

Safe, easy and quick access to our room. Neighbor guest were not at all rude or obnoxious. Everyone respected each other and minded their own business.

Location was good. Rooftop was cool. Laundry good.

The property is clean and is in a great area. However, the management is awful. First of all know that you are going to have to pay more through a different site for a cleaning fee and pet rent. Usually I would have canceled my reservation for this, but we were in a situation where we needed something fast. The manager for some reason would not give us any details about the property until the morning of our first day there, and the numeric key that he gave to get into the room was for a room that was occupied! There was an open suitcase in it. Then we were given a key to a different room and the door wouldn’t close and it kept beeping. I had had it and yelled at him over the phone to just give us a refund but he said no. You’d think that giving us a key to SOMEONE ELSE’S DOOR would have been enough to give us our money back but no. So anyway, don’t stay here. Some random person might just walk right into your room.

BATHROOM MAY NOT BE CONNECTED TO ROOM. Ours was not, only 3 units out of 8 have connected bathrooms. Other have disconnected, but private bathrooms. Check-in was not intuitive, host was unhelpful when I communicated that the laundry machine didn't work, had overall investment-property vibes. Bed was comfortable, location was great.

Pros: clean, quiet, comfortable bed

Cons: terrible parking EVER, had to wait to get the WiFi to work, codes ok ever door to get into, bathroom separate from the actual room, no AC, no fan, no mirrors

Home was clean and brand new. Room was large enough and spacious for two but host uses misleading photos. The “Kraken Suite” Infact does not have a connected bathroom which was quite the bummer. You have a private bathroom but have to leave the room in order to access it. Building walls are paper thin as others mentioned, you hear every conversation, door code, door opening and closing of upstairs and downstairs and neighboring units. The room and space were very clean and comfortable otherwise. Street Parking is available but quite the headache. For the price, this place is awesome with its location to all downtown things. But be prepared for small headaches here and there if you can’t handle other room noises etc.

Except for parking, this place is great. Nice modern rooms, showers, beds.

Everything! Full kitchen, nicely furnished room. Comfortable bed and deluxe amenities. Host was very helpful and accomodating
