El lugar bastante sucio no es lo que reflejan las fotos la agua sucia O lía y era agua del mar la comida sucia personal no es amable todo el lugar es malo tienen que cerrarlo

Mal todo servicio la agua salada ni jabón para manos se me iso insano no sirve nada la vista es única q sirve yo le doy 0

NEVER STAY HERE! Doors don’t lock, all plumbing is sea water, fire ants in the bed and they lied to us tell us they’d give us our money back but waited until we left to deny Expedias Waiver. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Costumer service is terrible, the suite no gater to take it showers

They need to have regular water in the hotel I my 3 kids whit me and they they didn’t take a shower because the water was a salt water that’s the only thing they have to change it

No bathroom inside the room.
Breakfast very limited.
Smell very bad the outside.

El pasio donde se va a caminar para los cuartos hiede a podrido o popo y la tapadera del toilet estaba quebrada. Me quise sepillar los dientes pero la agua estaba super salada y no se sentia limpia me dio mucho asko, también la agua de bañarse y para el colmo el chorro esta mal y no sirve bien. El mar y la vista esta lindo pero pensamos que iva ser muchisimo mas hasiado, la picsina no tenia legia y el agua se sentia susia. Yo esperaba mas de aqui la verdad pero para ver para el mar solamente esta bonito.

Place looked unkept and room bathroom was clogged. Not worth the price and access to the beach was unsafe.

The place is nice, has good views but they have problems with the sewer, at night smells really bad and the restrooms get plug up, we wouldn't go back there anymore, service in the restaurant is super slow because they only have one server

We wait more than 1.5 hours to get the breakfast, very disappointed

The outside view it’s so beautiful, the hotel conditions are to bad, I was at the 10 persons suite the refrigerator it’s not working, the stove was not working, the air conditioner fluid all the water inside the room. That suite it’s in very bad conditions I don’t recommend to no body be there.

Toilet was broke sheet dirty the hall place it not what they advertised I had 2 reservations for 2 night each reservation I only use one the other people didn’t stay because the condition off the hotel. I left day before because I didn’t like at all .

Lack of basic amenities. The pictures showed mini fridge and there is no mini fridge. The room has two outlets in the entire room. The towels are old and stained. The floor look dirty and the shower door was dirty.
There are also lots of ants in the room.
The staff were nice but they didn’t seem to care much about customer service.

The stay was good, the place very clean and very good service. The only problem is water, there is no drinking water. Even the water for bathing is salt water.

Tuvimos un inconveniente en nuestro cuarto y la oficina estuvo dispuesto a resolvernos inmediatamente. Personal muy amable tanto en la oficina como el mesero Jairo muy amable. Gracias por la consideracion.

There is no 15 pools. There is only one small pool. The chief would always alter the food that was ordered. Sewage smelled disgusting. No purification with water so be prepared for salt water showers, washing hands with salt water (bring water bottles) and salt water pool. There was lots of ants by the sink.

Other than all the cons..
the pros would be that breakfast is included which is great one less meal to pay for. The view of the ocean was beautiful cannot compare to any other average hotel. The rooms have air conditioning. There is WiFi, unfortunately my first night at this hotel the WiFi towers were down but in the morning they were fixed.

Ultimately I would not stay here again. But it was average for the price.
