Amateurisme hotelier. Fuir !
Pros:

La chambre réservée ne correspondait pas à la chambre proposée. Apres discussion changement de chambre.
Au 5eme ... pas d'eau chaude ... pas de wifi.
Sommier pas de lattes .. des planches et un carton pour pas sentir les planches.
Surprise en rentrant de diner ... ascenseur en panne. Matin pas reparé. Petit déjeuner au 6eme étage !!
Des excuses pour tout ... aucun geste commercial.

Good furniture and it was really clean, I felt comfy as a european.
Unfortunately on our second day the Wi-Fi suddenly stopped working.
The staff said they can’t do nothing but wait. At night time it still didn’t work. I asked for them to get it fixed, since I’m european and Wi-Fi is the only possibility for me to contact others.
They said they couldn’t do nothing, we asked the staff for a hotspot from their phone since we needed internet urgently and they need to find a way to get it since we payed for it!
My husband then asked if he could call a Cameroonian number from the hotel phone, the staff said the phone would have no credit.
This is not ok. I feel like you can only start your hotel when everything is figured out. How can you not have a phone as a hotel?
We had to go to the hotel next door and pay for Wi-Fi access.
