Pros:

Замечательный отель, прекрасный заботливый персонал. Отличная локация, завтрак и виды на город.

Cons:

Все ломает плохо работающий wifi, отсутствие псевод-биде в туалете и матрас в который ты проваливаешься.

Завтраки замечательные, но каши оставляют желать лучшего.

Всё хорошо, отель чистый, уютный, с прекрасным видом на горы. Вежливый и внимательный персонал. Если приедем в Алматы, обязательно остановимся в этом отеле,

Descent hotel located near the Botanical garden.

Cons:

Pricing like 4 star, in reality it is a solid 3 stat hotel. No robes or napkins, weak breakfast, small lobby etc.
