Pros:

The Dostyk Hotel was well-recommended by other travelers, and I had to extend my stay for a key customer in Aktau. However, this hotel was not a good choice from almost any point of view… other than being cheaper than $280 a night (Rixos). The rooms are really small and the furniture is really old. There was hardly any hot water, and the food on the “breakfast buffet” was not edible. The hotel is well located for getting to my customer, but I had to stop at a coffee shop every morning because I couldn’t eat the food. I will not stay here again.

Pros:

New and nicely designed boutique hotel in a great location. Staff were excellent. They really tried to make us feel welcome and comfortable.
When our flight was delayed by multiple hours they let us return to the hotel and use our room which we appreciated a lot.
Thank you Dostyke business hotel, we will definitely be back

The General Manager Ahmed is very professional and helpful. All the staffs are very nice and friendly. This is the hotel I will recommend to everyone!
