Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel!
Special thanks to the staff: everyone was amazing. I was traveling with a child, and they were very attentive and caring, which I truly appreciated. The girl at the reception was also very kind and welcoming.

The spa area was spotless, this morning they cleaned everything very thoroughly, and it was приятно to relax there. The sauna is very spacious, and the pool is also quite large. A big plus is that you can order tea and food from the restaurant directly to the spa area.

Breakfast was absolutely amazing 🔥
The bed was very comfortable, and I slept really well. I also loved that the rooms have bathrobes, such a nice touch that adds extra comfort.

The location is perfect as well - right across from a big shopping mall, which is super convenient.

The terrace was also beautiful and very cozy.

I had a great experience and would definitely come back again.

Cons:

The only small downside was the water pressure in the shower, which could be a bit stronger.

Cons:

Мы жили в номере 505 и видимо по соседству с нами была комната для персонала, который все время было слышно.
Странно но персонал по уборке комнат не особо здоровался, но все это явно устранимо и в целом не сказалась на хороших впечатлениях от отеля

If location is key for you then I would recommend.
Pros:

Location is great. Shopping mall is right accross the road, a bunch of cafes and restaurants is nearby.
Breakfasts were good.

Cons:

There was no designated suitcase ramp at the entrance. AC couldn't really cope with the high temp in room.

The service, the laundry, the pool, most everything is perfect.

Cons:

The shower room for the pool and jacuzzi is leaking to the floor outside and hazard to others.
