The room was more spacious than necessary and this was surprising. We have so much space and a big balcony view of the beach right across the street. The bed linens were fantastic and I slept so good. The food was tasty and the staff were all very friendly.
The showers are really showing their age and should be repaired. It was usable but not comfortable. And the location was one of the best in this part of town, but the crime rate is very high and it’s actually pretty dangerous to wander outside. The ocean view is impressive from the balcony, but I would not swim there. The water looks dark with pollution and there is trash littered everywhere. The hotel was somewhat an oasis in an otherwise scary location.

The lady who assisted me spoke English fluently which prevented the language barrier, The beachfront view was absolutely stunning, and the refreshing ocean breeze made the experience even more relaxing. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic place to stay
The Wi-Fi was not so perfect would recommend a buffer for the suites, but the stay was great it out shined the Wi-Fi issue

The breakfast was scrumptious; the staff service was excellent they even remembered me that I'm coming back for the 2nd time, I really enjoy my stay there, can't wait to go back again very soon,

The property was clean,they had a smart TV the Wi-Fi was working excellent the stuff was kind and friendly

The welcoming when we arrived and the restaurant's hospitality was great
We were moved from one room to the next and we asked to go back to the initial room. On the day that we moved they promised to move our luggage from room No 1 to Room 5.
We came back at around 3 am, when we arrived our ticket couldn't open. The security guard couldn't open and we had to sleep on the floor in front of room no5 door like homeless people.
The only time we could access our room was at 5 a.m when soneone came with a physical key to open for us.
On Saturday our room was not cleaned at all. We left for site seeing and when we came back at around 5 p.m our rooms was bever touched. Beds not made, no fresh water, bins not emptied and bathrooms not cleaned at all. The room was like a Pig stall.
I can never recommend this establishnent to anyone.
