Spotlessly clean, reminded me of the Gulf. Everything seemed brand new, first time I'd been in a place like this in southern Africa. A/C in the room a godsend. Very well equipped gym that I had to myself. Staff very helpful and accommodating to late check out (with charge).
The evening staff didn't speak English. Breakfast decent but nothing like a big hotel's breakfast. No common area apart from some seats in reception.

Everything was perfect. What truly impressed me was the consistent politeness, kindness, and consideration shown by every single person who works there — from the Manager to the most junior employee, including the security team.
There is nothing I can point out in this regard. I absolutely loved the place and everything.
