Crowne Plaza is the best stay for young families. Staff looked happy which sums up a lot.
Pros:

Breakfast was super good, can't have better than what we were provided. Also, the coffee service was exceptional & to top it off, their buffet staff looked happy and were very kind and helpful. They offer a beautiful swimming pool and clean and tidy rooms.

Cons:

Day-to-day activities could be better organised. Also, having a dinner buffet could solve loads of problems for your guests with families.

Pros:

Staff were amazing. Incredibly friendly and helpful. They were always smiling and made us feel welcome and appreciated. They helped us out with our daughter and interacted with her during some of our meals so we could eat without entertaining

Pros:

Location was best and exterior property is very beautiful. We had access to the pool from our own room which was great!

Cons:

Our Bathroom had garbage left over from the prior occupant and the smell took over the one of the rooms. Also, we were hoping to get a full kitchen when we booked a 2-bedroom apartment. It was a little upsetting to find out that the apartment had limited kitchenette - and didn't even have a microwave which they have in other standard rooms! I think they need to better equip their apartments.

Great stay for families Room and facilities were excellent.
Pros:

Beautifully presented property with great swimming pools and beach access

Cons:

Our room had complementary refilling of mini bar each day however was not always replenished daily. We found some service to be hit and miss and slow (Fiji time). Service for urban sugar that was four waitresses four waiters and one bar tender and we waited half an hour for drinks. That didn’t arrive. Staff in harvest were excellent and the food selection was good. La Bottega was overrated and a letdown. The pools are amazing. However after a few days our kids feet started to be grazed on the bottom.

Pros:

Farther from the airport than expected and a bit isolated from anything else. Massive pools everywhere. The beach is ok but not that pretty and there is only about a 200m stretch that is walkable. The breakfast buffet is amazing and not to be missed. Dinner at their onsite Italian restaurant La Botega was forgettable. Probably would look for another place next time.

Cons:

There was more security than I expected. When walking on the short beach they made us identify our room number and name, Made wonder why.
