The property was amazing, a true resort style accommodation. The lobby itself is worth spending time in and the pools and lounge areas are fantastic. The staff were just wonderful, so helpful and friendly.
Amazing stay for our honeymoon! lovely staff and exceptional service! Vinaka
Beach front location
Rooms lacked maintenance & first room we were shown in had to be vacated because of leaking issues
Exceptional service, amazing staff, breakfast menu was outstanding and rooms were clean and comfortable stay
Everything at this resort was exceptional
Clean, nice grounds, room was comfortable and spacious and accommodated a family of five which is hard to find. Breakfast was excellent
Room was noisy, pools were freezing, the finishes in the rooms were poor - despite it being a new build. Expensive for the quality.
Perfect place to unwind with family, great food.
Nothing, everything was perfect.
Everything
Breakfast was the BEST!!! Great selection and the speciality coffees included was fantastic
Not applicable. Everything overall was great
Great location, lots of amenities, nice pool, good facilities, restaurant options were good. Friendly and efficient staff
Blocked drain in shower. Was a bit noisy from other guests leaving room with suitcases.
The whole space In The resort is massive - there's many pools and 100s of rooms , and there's many different amount of bars and restaurants - tho no pool was child free. This is advertised and is NOT the case. The pools at the resort were busy and full of kids and was so noisey.
But The pools were cold , and very loud with club noise , so we went to the beach for a day lounge chair which is quiet. , and we loved the meals and drinks delivered to the table at the beach. We stayed there for a few days.
Sunsets were magical. Bar staff were excellent. Drinks and food Expensive
There's a few places near to walk to for dinner by the sea. And a supermarket close.
We also liked the hotel whisky bar.
The Breakfast was good.
The reception staff were very good and service was instant. They sang happy birthday to me. This was so cute and Happened twice. And we had two cakes given to me.
The Italian restaurant was quite nice tho expensive. The Food was good.
There were three wedding events at the beach where we were sitting beside- tho it was entertaining.
The 11.30 exercise class was busy. And noisey !!
The dinner bar by the sunset area was fun with good music and a fun atmosphere.
The fire show was amazing on Saturday.
The rooms were large and cleaned if you put a sign at the door .
Tho the food at night at the breakfast bar was not great .
Was hard to get a pool seat as all were taken and reserved with towels , even tho there's a sign to say we reserve seats, and there's not many sun lounges considering how many people stay here !!! They need many more. We didn't use this pool area much
Overall we would definitely come back and would get a pool room which's more expensive . In kiwi dollars this hotel is very expensive.
We enjoyed my birthday week and had a great time with family.
The day spa was very basic and not private and I will the therapist was lovely , and sadly the exfoliant was hard on my skin and I did say to stop as it was painful. They used a hard cream after wards that burnt my skin for about 10 mn, but I did report this to the hotel.
Good vibes everywhere & big smiles on arrivals. Very accomodating
Shuttle bus service times could be a bit more frequent to assist with the return as you spend a lot of money on taxis during a visit if you leave the resort
The place was immaculate. We changed rooms a couple of times, and every room was up to scratch. I’d highly recommend paying additional to get a room with pool entry. You won’t regret it!
The staff were all so friendly and hospitable as always. The only feedback I would provide is we had to chase up to replenish clean towels when housekeeping came through and forgot to leave us some.
All good I have a slight disability but there was always staff available to help me i.e. from pool, and steps making sure I was safe and our room was in an excellent place to all restaurants and pool not much walking involved Cheers and thankyou to all the staff written by Dian Ramsay
at times the food but I was oki when I ordered kids meals just the right amount
Staff were fine - no issues there, hotel owner and booking.com are the guilty ones here.....
Booking.com mislead us - said pool access room, it was not, there was no pool access from room
Not like the pictures in any way
Not enough loungers or towels each day by pool
Weddings every second night in front of our room
really, there is only 2 places to eat, not 6
Cut my foot open on construction waste in the water at beach - hotel didn't care or offer first aid, had to get my self to hospital.
Even worse, some drunk bogans had a punch up at dinner, one glassed the other in the face in front of the kids and the hotel ran out to offer the loser first aid..... where was my help
Cant stress enough the pictures do not represent this place, it is massively over priced. Denerau hotels - Sofitel, Sheraton are better value for money and better facilities than this dump.
everything.
Staff were fine - no issues there.
