Very nice place to stay…
Pros:

Amazing place. Breakfast was perfect. A lot of choices to choose from. The bed was very comfortable. Staff all were very lovely.

Cons:

The door isn’t sound proof.

Room was exceptional.
Pros:

Amazing room and swimming pool.

Cons:

Still waiting for the pool towels to be delivered.
Unimpressed with the security guard having a sneaky smoke in front of our room. $500 fine for smoking apparently. Whose enforcing that rule?

Beautiful but could’ve been better
Pros:

- Absolutely loved the aesthetic and how modern the resort is! Most of the staff were lovely and helpful! We appreciate the thoughtful cake and card we had waiting in the room
for us when we arrived! It was delicious and such a sweet gesture! Thank you!

- Beautiful buffet breakfast and the lady who greeted us there every morning, i will never forget her smile!! Uncle Sam at the Urban Sugar Beach club!! Will never forget his hospitality and joyful soul towards our family!! Also the vibes at the beach club!! TOP TIER i was singing along to all the songs every night haha

- Loved the bell boys up front who always made us feel welcomed and played with our son every chance they got! They even let him play the wooden drums once it was so special! 2 of the Rec boys i forgot their names but they taught us the Meke dance during our stay, THEY are soo funny & are an absolute vibe!!

- Very family friendly atmosphere by the end of our stay mostly staff already knew our son’s name and were hugging him goodbye. Uncle Sam even gave us an complimentary fruit platter during our last dinner which was very sweet of him and something we appreciated very much. We’ve come across some beautiful people during our stay here! I wish there was more i could say honestly!

Cons:

- Main reason that our stay wasn’t as comfortable as we would of liked was due to not having hot water in our room on demand. We arrived and from the first night we were surprised the water took fairly long to warm up for us, ended up calling maintenance and he just came and ran the water for a long time.. that’s it so since then we had to run the shower for about 40mins every single day just to get the water reasonably warm for our toddler to shower. Was not expecting that especially with the amount of money we paid to stay at such a beautiful high end resort! Most days my husband, little sister and I just took turns showering in cold water till the water felt warm enough for our toddler last, such a pain after a long day then trying to
get the kids showered and ready for bed even night.

- Other then that situation, i would say another thing was the pools closing too early, around 6-6:30pm, So by the time we got back to the resort most days the pools were already closed. I know theres facilities rules but again if im paying top dollar for our stay & facilities i would of expected it to be open & able to use for longer, Maybe to 8-10pm AT LEAST lol again i understand its rules & regulations but im just saying it would be nice haha

- Aircon being on automatic blast every time we left the room. For some reason when we arrived back it was always on and had our room too cold. Although it issss nice to come back to a cool room, unfortunately most times our children couldn’t handle it and would have to wait outside till the room warmed up a bit.

wonderful amazing place to stay staff were super friendly, food amazing and the pools were wonderful
Pros:

The room was amazing with a free mini bar that was restocked everyday for free amazing. Breakfast was so many choices. The amount of pools you could swim in was awesome and having the beach to swim in as well was wonderful

Cons:

It was a bit out of the way if you wanted to go to another resort for a meal you could not walk to one. It did not have a childrens play area which we felt it needed. We also felt their needed to be more child friendly meals available in the restuarants
