The hospitality was surperb, made us feel at home, highly recommended.

The Breakfast was 10/10, it is highly recommended. The hospitality from the staff was exceptional, they went out of their way to make us feel at home, valued and it was much appreciated.

it was a cozy stay with my partner. we loved the stay. we also loved the hospitality.
Pros:

The staffs were friendly, it was clean and it has value for money. The rooms were a little far from reception thou but even talking a walk was worth the time. Best thing about the place is the friendly staffs and are very helpful.

Needed warning or discount re earthworks & development on the site beside. Grrrr
Pros:

Great Location and the beach view room was amazing.

Cons:

The diggers on the site beside rumbled all day. Our room vibrated and the noise was not pleasant.
Moisture in the room wasn't great - needs addressing for such a new facility.
We had a swim out room - great. But we couldn't access the pool exterior of room. Coming from the other pools or beach. Very weird and bad design.

Fiji Getaway!
Pros:

The inviting atmosphere and the welcoming from the staff. We were there to relax, and that is exactly what we did. From the checking in process, to the restaurants and pool bar to check out, the staff were all friendly and great. The Resort is beautiful. Thank you for having us.

Excellent.
Pros:

I loved the private pool connected to the room.
I also thought food options were pretty decent at the hotel.

Cons:

The service at the lobby bar was very slow and as always had to go up and order at the counter. Usually it was one man and one woman together and every time I was up there I found the male server to be brusquely inefficient and the females to be much nicer and smiling also offering service faster.

Cons:

Only 1 staff who was pretty scary at the Harvest restaurant reception during breakfast this morning . Dark hair with blunt cut bangs right across her face. No smile no friendly gesture at least . She was the only unforgettable unfriendly memory I can’t get over.
