Breakfast every morning was great! Our room was awesome, money well spent! Staff were all friendly.
The only good thing about the hotel was the breakfast
I definitely don’t think that the hotel was worth our money. Our bathroom door didn’t even close properly and the hot water in the shower wasn’t even hot at all even after waiting for the water to run for a couple of minutes!
Overpriced compared to other IHG partners especially with the facilities and services provided
The reception was not warming. Not all guest are greeted the same. Staff need to be aware as it was very obvious
Room was quiet, clean and nice to be upgraded.
Very rough finishes in the room. Still had pencil marks on tiles in bathrooms. Cable in wardrobe hanging loose on shelf.
Beautiful pools, bars and eatery’s. Right by the ocean with great lawn space for kids. Pools very kid friendly. Room was great size with all the amenities. Very friendly kind staff who were also great with the kids.
The room was not clean - have a crawling baby and within 5 minutes of crawling around the room his hands, knees, and feet were black. We noticed on our feet as well.
The fold out couch bed for my toddler was very thin, uneven and unstable. We moved the very thin mattress onto the floor instead.
Also found we had to ask staff multiple times for anything (very much on Fiji time)
For the price we had expected a bit more in terms of cleanliness, service and attention to detail.

Beautifully appointed. Wide range of facilities. Very welcoming staff who went out of their way to ensure our stay was wonderful.
Staff are lovely but whole thing is a bit disorganized.
Arrived at 1630 for a one night stay but room was not ready. Couldn’t order food or drink at the pool while waiting without a room number. All just a waste of time. Almost no hot water in room due to maintenance issues.
Breakfast buffet was amazing, lots of choice and good quality. Staff were incredible, super welcoming and friendly. Special shout out to Mitch, Jess, Elmo and the recreation team who were incredible with our little boy Finn. They made our stay all the more special, saying hi to him every day, playing rugby with him and just going above and beyond. Room was immaculate, spacious and modern. Pool was fabulous too, with the kids pool having a little slide which kept our boy happy each day.
The only down side, which isn’t really a reflection on the hotel itself, was the surrounding area. The beach wasn’t great, a lot of stray dogs which were quite intimidating when they followed you and nothing in the area you would really take a walk to. If you’re happy staying within the resort grounds this would be a perfect hotel for you.
I liked the pool and the tub and loved the staff
There was a lot activities going on but we were not aware of it.. we missed out on a lot.. staff needs to tell the guest what’s going on each day… they did write it on a board.. but no one has the time to stop and read the board.. everyone misses the board when they enter the lobby..
