Pros:

So much to do for all ages! Everything was so clean and tidy. The location was beautiful and had the most amazing beach views. Staff were always welcoming and happy to assist with every request. Couldn’t have picked a better accommodation, will definitely be returning.

Lovely atmosphere, great staff, comfortable room and wonderful pool areas.
Pros:

The breakfast buffet had a huge variety of items.....more that I have ever experienced in my travels.

Cons:

Not something the hotel can control but it's a shame that the ocean water is note clear.

Location was great
Rooms were nice and comfortable

Food was overpriced, Not worth the money
Check in was slow
Breakfast buffet also very slow in serving pre-ordered drinks
Al a carte food was also not so great. Made a complaint as the food came out cold and not cooked properly.

Beautiful Hotel - Pools Excellent, Bar and Eating was lovely - great decor and atmosphere. Loved our infinity pool outside our room - well worth the extra dollars! Air con great and rooms spacious.

Cons:

They forgot to lock in the bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the holders - probably because I think it may have been broken? Otherwise couldn't fault it.

Awesome and Amazing. We enjoyed our stay. We will definitely come back here.

Breakfast was amazing. So many to choose from. The staffs were friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. Pools were everywhere and my children enjoyed themselves.
