Staff were nice.
I paid $2000 a night for a room with ocean front + private pool access. The reason why I booked this room was because I saw on a video that the pool had very cool lighting. But the pool had no lighting.
The room living room lights was broken and the toilet door did not latch + close.
I spent most of my holiday waiting for maintance to fix the light & waiting in the lobby to speak to a manager. (2 hours of waiting in the lobby)
After spending $2000 a night for this room this felt less of a holiday and just felt that I was dealing with issues constantly.
Here are my long lists of issues experienced during my 2 night stay ($4000)
1. No pool lights
2. Living room lights not working
3. No baby crib on arrival, had to wait 2 hours for a crib.
4. My room (712) is in the corner right next to the noisey construction - baby had difficulty sleeping.
4. Toilet door does not close.
5. Maintance guy who came to fix the light was very rude.
6. I was charged $600 instead of it being on hold for security bond. - no refund yet.
7. I was told I was going to have $500 refunded due to my bad experience but still haven’t received refund.

Everything - modern facilities, helpful staff. Clean rooms. Excellent food choices.
Nothing - there isn’t anything to dislike
The whole crown experience in general was excellent. We’ve been to many other 5 Star Hotels around the world and this is by far one of the best.
Overall the stay was incredible. Great facilities and amazing staff. The room was clean and cleaned beautifully everyday. The facilities had everything we needed and for a very reasonable price. We loved our time there!
The only down side to the stay was the wifi. It was very hit and miss and slow. It would drop out around certain communal places for no apparent reason. Also question the need for 3 massive TVs in the rooms when there were very limited channels to watch and then no ability to stream, cast or airplay on these.
Breakfast buffet was good and plenty of options for all
Building works right nearby extending the hotel. The price doesn't reflect the works happening and it is very expensive for this experience.

Everything was wonderful, from the beautiful resort to the amazing food and the fantastic programs and activities. There was always something fun to do, and we really enjoyed every moment.
The staff were truly amazing, so friendly, welcoming and kind. They made us feel so special and comfortable throughout our stay. We already miss them and would love to come back again one day!

Beach club vibe, pool from room was lovely
Need to more explicit about the building work. The kids club is not fit for purpose my child took one look at the space and said she wasn’t going and I don’t blame her it’s a room with no windows. There were 20 kids in there when we went to look. How is that a five star kids club. Turns out the kids club I under construction.
Same with the gym, online it looks amazing in reality it’s a room with no windows aside from the door. The photos online where partially why we picked the resort as we are training for events. My partner couldn’t think of anything worse than running on a tee facing the wall so opted to run outside and got bitten by a stray dog on the ankle whilst outside running.
