Pros:

Very good breakfast, customer serivice,and beautiful sunset view.

Cons:

No wifi during stay, some mirror mistake waste time, like airport bus, booked 6.3am, we arrived 6.23am, but the bus has left, had wait another 20 mins.

Disappointing - when you pay 5 star prices you expect better.
Pros:

Great breakfast and lovely pool area.

Cons:

5 star price for 3 star experience. During our stay there was no internet so no tv or room service or ability to call reception. That happens, but at check-in we were given our “free” wifi when they knew there had been no wifi for 2 days! We would have moved to cheaper hotel if we knew. Little things also sub-standard like 3 people in room but 2 glasses/cups, no towels left after cleaning, no ice in ice machine on our floor (found it on ground floor later).

This hotel deserves a 3.5 star rating. Terrible service at a beautiful hotel
Pros:

Beautiful facilities however, service was a huge let down for a 5 star hotel. Definitely not worth the high price

Cons:

We had to wait an hour to check in. I requested for early check in, understandable that it is based on availability. We reached 20mins earlier than check in and were informed the room would be ready at the designated time. When we checked at 3pm we were informed that the room was not going to be ready for “a while” and they weren’t sure why? Took an hour for us to check in. The reception was very hospitable and agreed to give us late check out due to issues with check in.
The room didn’t have milk. The body wash bottles were mostly empty, they weren’t refilled. It felt as if the room was done in a rush and without much attention to detail. Unacceptable for a 5 star hotel.
I informed the hotel the reservation was for my husbands birthday and no effort was made to make the occasion special. I’ve stayed at plenty 4 and 5 star hotels and received complimentary services on special occasions; disappointed to not even have been acknowledged.
I was told beforehand there was maintenance around the hotel however, I was reassured it wasn’t going to affect my stay. Everything was affected by this. There was power outage, there was absolutely no wifi, the comms were down so we couldn’t contact reception for any services, and the staff made little to no effort in making us feel looked after with all these issues.
We had breakfast included for our stay; we ordered coffee when we arrived at our table, had to follow it up 3 times, we got our hot drinks when we had finished our meals. The staff were not attentive to guests orders at all and none of the staff were checking in on guest comfort.
We dined at urban for dinner with the worst service. No one came to take our orders, we waited for a while and decided to call a staff member. Plenty of staff could be seen walking around but no one addressed me. Had to wait a while to speak with someone and before our orders were taken. We asked for table water which came after we finished our meals

Good for a day or two
Pros:

It is very busy, very noisy, lots of kids and people everywhere. Lovely facilities, however, it is not a place I’d usually book as I’m after something a little more “off the beaten track” and not so commercial - we were staying due to transfer delays. Richard at the front desk was fantastic.

Nice new hotel for a stop over.
Pros:

This is a very new and massive hotel on the main beach in Nadi. It is very conveniently located near Nadi Airport and the Port. I would stay here again if passing through but probably not for a whole holiday since there are much nicer beaches in Fiji. Lots of good facilities and restaurants. The staff, especially the porters, were lovely. Beautiful entrance to the hotel.

Cons:

Nice modern hotel, though it does feel a bit like they maxxed out on too many rooms in the complex, and the pools were always very busy. I didn't feel relaxed with so many kids, but it was comfortable. There are nicer beaches in Fiji and I didnt like that anyone could walk up from the beach into the hotel. (some people from the nearby hostel tried to sit with us and then were also rude to the staff).

Nice but way overpriced and not much to do
Pros:

Comfy beds, beautiful grounds and pools, amazing breakfast, helpful and really lovely staff

Cons:

If you’ve got young kids not much to do for more than a couple days, dinner service a slow, while hotel is lovely probably not worth the price.

I can’t wait to come back again my daughter had the best time ever!!

Everyone was so kind and nice they would go out of there way for you everything was close and i felt comfortable food was amazing

We got what we paid for and we’re underwhelmed for the price we paid

As an IHG member we felt that we weren’t treated any differently from any other guest. We thought we had a pool access room and discovered that we didn’t. They did not offer us a change of room which was available below our room so we couldn’t enjoy that aspect which is why we booked here in the first place

清潔、空港から近い、プールが広い、プールは日の出から日没まで

Cons:

プールに夜入れない。宿泊前に質問しても返信が遅くて不安になった。レイトチェックアウトができるのかどうかハッキリ知りたかったのに結局、ホテルにチェックイン時に聞くしかなかった。ビーチ前の海はあんまり綺麗じゃないので，綺麗な海を見るには離島へ行くことになった。
