Pros:

We stayed for one night because we were catching the boat for Yasawa the next day. Overall, it was clean and served its purpose. Hot and consistent shower.

Cons:

Lots of insects! We found something that looked like a cockroach in the bathtub. It wasn’t a cockroach, but still, not pleasant.

I need a refund from booking.com of $67.23 this is just misleading
Pros:

It was fair but overcharged
I was not refunded my bond money of Aust $67.24
I am still awaiting for my refund

Cons:

The receptionist charged me in full
Aust $185 from which $67.23 was refundable. She had no idea that this amount is refundable for not damaging the property
She told me that in future I have to book through them
This is misleading from booking.com. I have got a screenshot for the refundable amount

Comfortable but could be better
Pros:

The location, plus the cleanliness of the room. The staff were friendly and very convenient to move around in that location.

Cons:

I didn't like the bed. If I had knew before that the bed size is small I would have requested for a double bed room.
