Le personnel est vraiment exceptionnel. Ils étaient de bonne humeur, aidants et prêts à m'aider à trouver des solutions. J'ai beaucoup apprécié aussi la propriété de l'hôtel.
I think it’s messed up that we couldn’t get a chair at the pool because we don’t have a room even though we dropped over $600 at the restaurant. Food was decent but not amazing. Ambiance is excellent.
I don’t even know where to start with my review. Somehow TripAdvisor ranks this as a 3-star hotel, but it is most definitely 5 stars. My wife, our 7-year-old son, and I visited the resort for my birthday/Christmas break. When we arrived, we were upgraded from a neighborhood view to a harbor view, which had a beautiful view of the water. To our surprise, there was a sign, beers, and a piece of cake waiting for us in the room, which made us feel extremely welcome. The room itself was super clean and had a modern feel. The pull-out trundle bed was perfect for a kid. Our mattress and pillows were so comfortable I had to take a picture of the tag.
The pool was large and never felt overcrowded, even during the busiest time of the year. When we decided to go to the beach and come back to the pool later, we never had to wait more than 5–10 minutes for chairs to open up. The pool attendants were beyond friendly and remembered my name every time I came down. They genuinely made the experience feel personalized. There’s also ping-pong and Connect Four in a secluded area.
The beach is only a quick 5-minute walk, and chairs were included as part of the resort fee at the Bonny Moon Beach Club. The water is crystal clear, with good snorkeling just a short walk up the beach past the Kimpton.
We got pastries and coffee from the café every morning. The pastries were delicious, and the iced mocha was the best I’ve ever had (and we love coffee). We didn’t eat dinner at the resort, but we had lunch at the pool a few days. Unlike other resorts where the on-site food is subpar, we thought it was fantastic. The flatbread burrata was 10/10. The drinks were great too. The resort is conveniently located near several walkable restaurants, and Bonny Moon offers great lunch at your beach chairs and dinner as well.
I can’t say enough about the people who work at the resort. Everyone we encountered was genuinely kind. We’ve been to a number of resorts, and we agreed that this one is at the top of the list because of the people who work so hard to make guests’ vacations memorable. One of the best examples was on the day of checkout, when my son couldn’t find a stuffed animal he had brought. When we went to the front desk to see if it had been turned in to lost and found, Big Mac, the assistant manager, went to a back room and returned with a stuffed stingray to give my son in case the stuffed owl wasn’t found. It turned his frown upside down and gave us yet another reason to leave thinking so highly of the resort. We can’t wait to return!
Very clean , great service very nice staff
It is not beach front , you have to walk , short walk 3 min or golf cart from hotel.
Hotel bueno
Relación calidad - precio
The most polite and helpful staff we have ever encountered on any vacation. They made everything exceptional and we had a wonderful dining, pool, beach, and any other activity including bikes for a day experience. I cannot recommend enough. We will definitely be back. Thank you for making our visit so special.
This was our second time in Cayman islands and it was fantastic, the indigo hotel was great. The service was second to none.
If you like good food , beautiful beaches and good vibe then you'll enjoy Cayman islands.
Thank you Hotel Indigo
We come to Cayman every year and have stayed mostly at the Ritz and more recent the Kimpton. We wanted to try this hotel and were pleasantly surprised! The food is outstanding! Rasa (chefs table experience) deserves a Michelin star and the rest of the restaurants are on par with any 5 star hotel with many different restaurants to pick from. The hotel is new and the pool is beautiful. Very quiet hotel and the service is phenomenal. They are so kind and it is a luxurious experience. The rooms are new and cute but don’t expect a ritz type room which we were ok with. The beach is a short walk that is no longer than a big resort walk. The beach club is owned by bonny moon which is actually pretty cool since you have a restaurant quality menu to choose drinks and food from while you are on the beach. For half the price of the “5 star” hotels, this is a hidden gem. We were really happy with our stay and are really picky New Yorkers 😀. The ocean view room has a great view and worth the splurge, we also got a free upgrade with was greatly appreciated
I can’t even describe how amazing this hotel is! From the very start we were given welcome drinks, I requested a room on a higher floor and they gave us the top floor, the room itself was beautiful, luxurious and comfortable, and the view was unbelievable! One of the only hotels that offer a local rate, and we will definitely be coming back for our next celebration. We went for our anniversary and they gave us not one but two cakes! The staff are very attentive and really made the experience unique. Pom Pom was fantastic as always. Couldn’t be more grateful to the staff for elevating this experience for us. Even though it was a staycation, we felt transported. The pool and hot tub are amazing, and they even provide sunscreen and aloe Vera. 100% will be staying again.
It was a beautiful property!
Nothing
This place is really disappointing. Our first room, with one bed, facing the noisy highway, was outright dismal. We moved to a room facing the pool which was…fine. The beach is beautiful but the loud music they play *cannot* be escaped anywhere (even in your own room with no open windows or doors) so don’t expect to read a beach book or listen to the sound of the ocean. Don’t expect to sleep in or enjoy your balcony either, unless you like leaf blowers for 90+ minutes every morning. Staff are aggressive, omnipresent, and will not honor a “do not disturb” door hanger. If you want to drink a lot of alcohol, this hotel might be for you.
We stayed at Hotel Indigo on Grand Cayman as a family with kids. From the moment we walked in, the staff welcomed us with a heartwarming smile and a delightful welcome drink. Special Thanks to Wrisha, Vikas and Klara for taking special care of us during our stay. The property was pristine and the food outstanding. This is by far one of the best hotels on Grand Cayman, highly recommend to stay here on your next visit!
We can’t wait yo be back.
Absolutely the best service, service is better than any possible hotel in mainland U.S. and those Mexico (Cancun, Los Cabos, Mexico City) luxury hotel. Room is on the slightly smaller side and food is expensive, but this is probably the best IHG service (better than most city Intercontinentals) you could ever experience.
From the moment my wife and I arrived at this fantastic hotel we were treated as 'special' from Mia and the other ladies in reception to Reyah who had prepared everything in advance! She was a superstar.
We booked a 2 night stay in an oceanfront suite, which was out of this world. It had everything you could want, and we have stayed in many 5* hotels around the World.
As this was our 35th Anniversary and my wife's birthday they had also prepared the room with a welcome gift.
The hotel has a light and airy, relaxed atmosphere in all areas.
Unfortunately the weather wasn't kind to us, but it did not stop us enjoying every moment of our stay. Everywhere was super clean and I could not fault one member of staff and their helpfulness and genuine interest, including Presanna in Valet.
We ate in the Catalina Restaurant on one evening and the food was superb as were all the staff includng Khala and the Supervisor (think it was Rodney)?
We will definitely be back to this little gem. Don't be put off by the 3* rating, you won't regret it. We originally booked the Ritz Carlton, then the Marriott as we couldn't decide, but are so glad we finally decided upon the Indigo.
Couldn’t have asked for a better stay! The hotel was lovely, all staff so nice and the beach club was the best on the beach.
Would recommend 100%. Beautiful pool area and beach setup.
My stay at Hotel Indigo Grand Cayman was absolutely incredible. From check in to check out, every single person I encountered was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind!! I would rate my experience 1000000 out of 10.
I thoroughly enjoyed spending my Thanksgiving at this property. The pool staff, Vick and Ken, were amazing and made every day by the pool unforgettable. Chanze recommended great local spots such as Mango Tree and Heritage Kitchen. Chris was very helpful in explaining how to use the local bus. Angie had the most beautiful spirit, and Big Mac brought such positive energy that made everyone smile. I wish I could personally name every staff member because each interaction was exceptional.
I will definitely be back. Thank you for creating a stay I will never forget!!!
