Everything truly was fantastic. Service was amazing everywhere - front desk, valet, pool, all of the restaurants. The food was great. It’s a great location on 7MB. I couldn’t suggest it more!
If I had to come up with anything it would be small things like maybe the pool bar and restaurant bar opening a little earlier than 11 and 12. (We are on vacation and could crave a mimosa by the pool in the morning 😂)

Loved the property, beautiful ocean views!
I booked this hotel for me and my 2 grown up daughters because of a review I read. The review was a rave and they didn’t lie. We give this hotel 10 stars, not five, because besides the beautiful beach, the large pool and great restaurants, every single person who worked at this hotel was outstanding. So friendly, so helpful, so sunny!!!
I walk with a cane and the hotel has a golf cart service that would take us to the beach and back everyday. I looked forward to talking to Sandy every day. The staff that waited outside and would get you a cab to go to one of the fabulous restaurants near by, were ALL so welcoming, fun and helpful. There were 3 of us so our room after 3 showers was a bit of a mess. The next day, the room looked just like it did when we first arrived. Perfection. The staff also recommended some restaurants off site for variety.
I recommend sitting with the waiter Giuseppe at Tilly’s restaurant, and ordering the luscious barbecue ribs at Peppers. Best I’ve ever had.
So- go and enjoy!!!!
This hotel was nice. Not on the beach, but just a short walk over. I wouldn't stay here again. Rooms were okay. They were clean and the service was good. The food was very good at the restaurants. The pool was nice. Poolside bar drinks were amazing. But I would stay on the beach elsewhere (I wouldn't recommend the Seafire which is next store - we stayed here for 4 nights and there are better hotels and beach location). Come for dinner at Pom Pom rooftop. Great food and cool vibes and views!
Not the best beach. Bonny Moon manages the beachfront, you are not getting a front row unless you rent a lounger. This is ridiculous seeing as no one is renting a lounger for $320 for the day. So your view of the beach is blocked by these huge loungers.
Located on the quiet end of Seven Mile Beach this newer resort offers the best in pool and. Beach access. The manager Big Mac has been there since the opened a few years ago
He done a great hill job of over the top hospitality training . Most of the staff at all levels remember your makes by the second day. The property itself is great for couple or family’s traveling with children
We stay here twice a year
We have traveled to Grand Cayman for 30 years we have stayed everywhere on the island Hotel Indigo is our place now
Excellent facilities and service. A bit of a walk to the beach but overall we loved our stay. The hotel’s partnership with the Bonnie Moon Beach Club is a real plus.
This hotel leaves a lot to be desired. The pool area is dated and doesn’t have enough seating. They have cool bed loungers that you don’t have to pay extra for, however, the mattresses are so worn that it’s just like sitting on the bare wood. The kids meals are reasonably priced and good and the kiddy pool and hot tub are fun. The beach is a quarter mile walk from the hotel. Then you get to the beach and the chairs are set right on top of each other. So close that you can reach out and touch the stranger sitting next to you. The actual beach front in front of the chairs is small. The beach itself is unkept and full of sticks and other debris. The rooms are nice but even with the premium ocean view you are staring at a parking lot in front of the ocean. Spend the extra money and go elsewhere.
One of my favorite on the island!! Extremely clean and modern with the cutest decor! The employees are amazing. Bonny Moon which is right in front of the hotel on the beach comes with complimentary chairs and umbrellas if you are staying at Indigo. Definitely check out Kassette. One of the best gift shops I’ve seen on a resort.
This hotel was perfection!! Chanze, Rebecca, and Ms. Sandy truly made our experience wonderful with their hospitality and warmness. They made sure everything was perfect at every turn. They are all truly special and will be one of the reasons we return. The king ocean view was perfect for our stay and the Pom Pom and Cafe Alula were cherries on top. There was a lovely barista and cashier and Cafe Alula that already knew our coffee orders day two. Habir our housekeeper made sure our room was tip top and at home. The valet service was great and the complimentary valet with our rental car was clutch. Truly enjoyed every last bit of our stay and wish it were longer! We’ll be back!!
We absolutely fell in love with this hotel. Everything was so well thought out and designed to make your vacation feel relaxing and elegant.
We were greeted upon arival with a very refreshing welcome drink and cold wash cloth. It was a small touch, but after a long day of traveling, it made a big impression and started our holiday off right.
Check in was seamless. The front desk was professional, friendly and welcoming. We had an early flight- arrived well before check in, so our room was not ready. We had already planned on leaving our bags and exploring the area. They very kindly invited us to use the pool and facilities until our room was ready. We did change into our swimsuits and took a quick and refreshing dip in the pool. We wandered around, had a great lunch at Bonny Moon (separate review) and returned to the hotel. Our bags had already been delivered to the room, and there were two reusable water bottles waiting for us. They have filling stations throughout the hotel where you can get still or fizzy water- really appreciated that.
We were on the tenth floor and all I can say is wow! The room was spacious had beautiful decor, and again felt elegant and relaxing- we instantly felt comfortable. The bed and pillows were also very comfortable and we slept well. It does seem that the AC is on a motion sensor- when we did get up to use the bathroom at night, the room felt a little stuffy- I was not crazy about that, but, it was not a big deal overall.
The balcony was a nice size, and had two comfortable chairs and a small table. I enjoyed having my morning coffee out there, and we both enjoyed having a cup of tea while we unwound at the end of the day.
The bathroom was also a good size. The toilet is in a separate space with a pocket door- which is always a nice feature when sharing a bathroom. The walk in shower was large and had great water pressure. They provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
The hotel and grounds were beautiful and immaculate.(It is a new hotel, so there has not been much wear and tear). Everything at the hotel was kept sparkling clean. The landscaping was lush and again meticulously cared for.
The pool area was beautiful. We usually chose to sit in the "back row" of the pool area. It was just a little quieter and we had more privacy. There were always plenty of loungers available. The staff was always very friendly and happy to help. They have a staffed booth with towels, water and sunscreen available. The attendants were all personable and pleasant. They also have a little library so if you need a book, or have a book you have finished one you can drop it off. Another nice touch.
The loungers have a flag attached that you can use to signal if you would like to order food or drinks. We used that several times- and all of the staff were so friendly! The service was very efficient, and the drinks were absolutely delicious!
The hotel is across the street from Seven Mile Beach. We enjoyed the walk, and really did not think it was a negative. Honestly, we have stayed at hotels that were beach front, and we had longer walks to the beach from our rooms. We did see families using the golf carts to go to and from the beach- they had several of them and there did not seem to be any wait to use them. We enjoyed the walk, so we never used the shuttle.
Seven Mile Beach is beyond words, and the Bonny Moon was a wonderful beach club, and it was a huge plus for us that access was included with our stay. One thing to mention is the Bonny Moon is a separate business, so you can not charge food and drink to your room there. Not a negative- just mentioning for planning. The beach club was very well organized and they just needed your name and room number to get you set up with towels and a lounger. They have water and complimentary reef safe sunscreen available if needed.
We booked two excursions using the on site concierge. She was professional and very helpful reviewing the available options. We were charged the same price as if we booked directly with the tour operators- so if you are unsure what to book- they are a great resource.
We did not rent a car, so we used shuttles for the tours and taxis for other wandering. The bell staff were all top notch. Taxis were available almost immediately. And for the tours, we just let them know what tour we were going on, and they watched for the shuttle. We waited outside, but some folks chose to wait in the lobby and they made sure they knew when the shuttle had arrived.
Check out was just as seamless, and a taxi was already waiting as we exited the lobby.
If we are ever fortunate enough to be able to travel to Grand Cayman, we would stay at the Hotel Indigo without a doubt. Thank you to all of the Hotel Indigo staff that made our stay feel special!
Hotel Indigo Grand Cayman was amazing. Every staff member was courteous, friendly, and accommodating. They made me feel welcomed with thoughtful gifts, helpful emails before arrival, and regular check-ins by text.
The warm saltwater pool was relaxing, and the beach was just a short walk away. When we arrived, staff set up our chairs and umbrella and provided complimentary water. The breakfast buffet was also great, with a variety of selections that changed daily.
Overall, the service, hospitality, and attention to detail made this a wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

Hotel Indigo Grand Cayman is a beautiful and welcoming place to stay, offering a relaxed island atmosphere with plenty of thoughtful touches throughout the property.
The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, making the entire experience feel easy and well taken care of from check in to check out. The property itself is stunning, with beautifully maintained landscaping that adds to the overall calm and tropical feel.
The pool area is a real highlight, wonderful for relaxing during the day and enjoying the warm weather in comfort. It’s also conveniently located just a short walk or quick golf cart ride from the beach, which makes it easy to enjoy both pool and ocean time without any hassle.
The only small suggestion would be to offer free coffee service in the morning, which would make the start of the day even more enjoyable. Don’t forget to pack bug spray as the hotel didn’t have it available.
Overall, it’s a fantastic stay with great amenities, excellent service, and a perfect location for a Grand Cayman getaway.
Had the pleasure of staying here for a work event. I was originally disheartened it wasn’t beach front but you really don’t notice, views from our room were beautiful. The pools were nice and the quick walk to the beach was right down a small path. The staff were all accommodating and the rooftop bar had great staff and cocktails.
Such a great hotel. My wife and I had an incredible trip here with our 2 and a half year old. Very accommodating. We will be back!
I went to Hotel Indigo this past week and the staff was wonderful, very attentative, friendly and helpful. The food at the Catalina Restuarant on site was very good but it was pricey. The room was big and very comfortable. The air conditioning was good and it kept the room very cool. I also want to give a shout out to the bartenders at the pool, Luis, Michael and Clayon. They were wonderful and helpful because I couldn't sit in the loungers so they brought me a regular chair every time i went to the pool. The grounds were well kept and the pool was very clean. I would recommend this resort.
Staff was excellent. Great service. Hotel is stunning. Super clean and new. Loved our room. Everything logistically was perfect!
Unfortunately, the only issue for us was the pool area, which was unfortunately unusable due to the large number of mosquitoes. We were getting bitten nonstop immediately after sitting down, which was especially concerning as I am pregnant. Because of this, we were unable to enjoy or use the pool during our stay.
Well-designed, great pool, short walk (or golf cart ride) to the beach. Food was only okay and pretty expensive. We brought our two kids and had plenty of space in the standard room. Fantastic staff. 5 minute walk to the Kimpton. The hotel has a very nice section of beach with plenty of loungers. The water is calm and crystal clear.
Great time. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Pools are relaxing. Short walk to beach.
Clayton and Angelina were extra special.
