Did not try the laundry service. But the staff was awesome!

The area was quite nice, staff was friendly, only issue was hearing the toilets of the upper rooms being flushed was a little disturbing with the constant noise anytime someone uses the washroom other than that no issues at all.

Exceptional Stay: Prime Location and Stellar Service
I had a truly great stay at this hotel, and I wholeheartedly recommend it. The two major selling points for this property are its prime location and the exceptional service.
The hotel’s location is outstanding. The convenience to get to eating, dining, and all the other places of interest around the city is unparalleled—everything you could want to see or do is within easy walking distance. This saved so much time and made exploring the city incredibly easy.
Beyond the perfect location, the service was excellent from start to finish. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, helpful, and highly accommodating throughout my entire trip. They genuinely went out of their way to ensure I had a comfortable stay.
I must give special thanks to a few individuals who truly made a difference: Shediah, Shelsie, Mickiesha, and Nissandro. Each of them helped me out every step of the way with a kind word, a helpful suggestion, or just ensuring a smooth experience. I am truly grateful for their professionalism and warmth.
This is a fantastic property for anyone looking for convenience and top-tier hospitality.

Good hospitality and services

Very centralized to the floating bridge, Curaçao and Dushi signs, markets, souvenir shops and more. Great location. The staff was AMAZING! Eesh literally walked me to the street to assist me with the parking setup and was extremely helpful throughout our stay. Chelsea was great as well and the housekeepers were helpful and had great energy. The rooftop bar was such a good time Friday and Saturday. The restaurant downstairs is delicious and has great ambiance. Jose is delightful and kind. I would definitely stay here again!

The people and the staff at the Elements are great essentially Chelsea. The receptionists she was very welcoming 🙏 😊 she make my experience better thanks to all the staff of Elements and the hotel

Decent hotel.. Ish on the front desk should be used as a model for exceptional customer service. Super smiley, goes above and beyond and an absolute pleasure to encounter. The staff up on the pool deck early evening - not so much. Not even eye contact, let alone a hello... but I guess they are too cool for that. Be aware, certainly on the Friday & Saturday night that I stayed there, there was loud pumping music which permeates into the rooms until around midnight. Other than that - decent hotel and the steak & seafood restaurant on the ground floor was great. Spot on customer service and delicious food.

Hospedagem maravilhosa perto de tudo, fui várias vezes a Otrobanda a pé. Balada e bar do hotel muito bom. Recomendo principalmente para quem for sem carro. Recepção atenciosa e receptiva.

Great stay

The location is absolutely perfect—right in the middle of the historic Punda district.
Our room was modern, clean, and very comfortable.
we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

Amazing service from staff!

The Element is a very good place to stay the local atmosphere is great they welcome you with open arms. Very good place to stay the roof top staff is amazing Xrp to the moon. The front desk ms.chelsea was very helpful and was able to check in hassle free with great convenience and conversation. The star of the stay is Ms.Sasha took her time to clean while maintaining her welcoming positive energy thank you so much I suggest everyone stay here Bondia!!!

We enjoyed our stay Element Hotel, the staff was really nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Excelente location!

The staff were rude and the restaurant is overpriced, room is old and bathroom is not clean. Overall not a good experience and worth the money . I will stay somewhere else
