Le personnel gentil surtout ceux de la cuisine merci au chef qui a chauffé tous les jours le repas de notre bébé

Dienstleistungen und Hilfsbereitschaft wird in diesem Hotel leider nicht großgeschrieben. Bei Fragen zu möglichen Informationen über und der Insel war leider keine zu Hilfe zu erwarten. Lieber wurde zu viert geratscht, als eine Unterstützung angeboten.

Das Frühstück war leider jeden Tag das selbe. Wer sich bewusst und gesund ernähren möchte, ist leider hier an der falschen Stelle.

Le Petit déjeuné n’était pas réapprovisionner , donc vous êtes obligé de venir assez tôt.
La propreté laisse à désirer
Petit conseil ne donner surtout pas votre linge à laver car le service est déplorable, rendu avec des taches.

Pros:

La chambre spacieuse bien au calme avec un hotel situe a 300m de la plage est un atout. Le personnel est adorable, et le buffet petit dejeuner varie et copieux. On trouve tout pres de petits restaurants et certaons permettent de prendre des repas les pieds dans le sable. A recomander

La piscine est un petit caisson qui ne permet pas de nager et le traitement de l eau est hyper chlore...peu d espace autour du bassin...et le personnel qui devrait etre present pour prendre un verre est quasi invisible. La vue est degagee mais la ville est en chantier avec bon nombre d immeubles en construction. SAL REY est sur la voie touristique mais il reste beaucoup a faire...y aller avec un esprit baroudeur ou sportif s impose.
Lieu vente et avec des courants lors des baignades sui peuvent se reveler dangereux. Prudence oblige.

I had a pleasant stay at Oasis White Hotel. The hotel has a modern design, a relaxed atmosphere, and a very convenient location close to the beach and the center of Santa Maria. The rooms were comfortable and the staff friendly, making it a great option for a relaxed stay on the island.
