Have you heard of a KEY as a door opening creative technology?
Pros:

I like the location, but not the stairs. There is an elevator, but it stops at 1/2 flooors, so you need to get up to the elevator and up or down from it.

Cons:

I did not like the QR code to enter the apartment. it is because it worked only every third time and created some anxiety when it did not work. I would have preferred an old-fasioned key...

Hyvä sijainti ja modernisti remontoitu asunto.
Pros:

Close to old town and Origo center. Parking was easy and close by. Apartment was clean and modernly renovated. Everything was in good working order. Check in was easy. You opened the apartment door with a QR code on your phone. Park with kids playground close by.

Cons:

Wifi was awful and there was very bad cell reception. Speed only 0.5-10Mb. Very laggy also many disconnects.. Tv had only internet channels and steaming services which were mostly unplayable due to bad connection.

Our apartment 104 located on bottom floor of block two. Views were to the inner yard terrace between two buildings so very little daylight.
Air quality with six people in on a hot day was bad. Towels wouldn't dry. Apartment was damp. There was very little air circulation or fresh air.

Oikein toimiva ja mukava majoitus hyvällä sijainnilla
Pros:

Siisti, moderni ja toimiva majoitus kolmelle hengelle. Hyvän kokoinen jääkaappi. Sopiva sisälämpötila heinäkuun lopussa. Viestintä majoittajan kanssa toimi hyvin, vastaukset viesteihin sai normaalisti 15 minuutin sisällä. Edullinen myöhempi uloskirjautuminen (30 € kolmen tunnin lisäajasta).

Cons:

Myöhemmän uloskirjautumisen oston kanssa pientä ongelmaa/epäselvyyttä majoituspaikan omassa järjestelmässä. Viimeisenä päivänä asunnossa tuli jäätävän kylmää vettä, mutta tämä ei johtunut majoittajasta, vaan koko Riian keskusta-alueen lyhytaikaisesta ongelmasta.

Praticidade na localização.
Pros:

O apartamento está localizado em um belo edifício Art Nouveau, a uns 15 minutos do Centro Histórico em uma caminhada muito agradável, passando por belos jardins e, também bem próximo do conjunto de edifícios do estilo Art Nouveau. Ou seja, dá para percorrer os principais pontos turísticos a pé. Além disso, também está próximo de restaurantes, shopping, supermercados (facilitando muito as compras para lanche, café da manhã… muito pratico) estação de trem e ônibus, caso você chegue ou saia da cidade utilizando esses meios de transportes pode chegar até a acomodação caminhando. O checkin online é fácil, sem dificuldade para entrar no prédio e no apartamento. O apartamento tem equipamentos e utensílios de cozinha que ajudam na estadia, principalmente, máquina de lavar roupa.

Cons:

Apesar do apartamento ter um tamanho bom, o quarto é muito pequeno e ainda colocaram uma cama com uma cabeceira enorme. Ela ocupa pelo menos uns 20cm que seria o espaço para você transitar de maneira confortável em volta da cama, sendo assim, o espaço para chegar do outro lado é apertadíssimo, muito desconfortável. Eu sugeriria colocar uma cama sem cabeceira para ampliar a área de circulação. O colchão é muito macio, mas há quem goste. O banheiro tem um cheiro de esgoto, mesmo você jogando sabão e lavando o vaso, sobe um cheiro desagradável, talvez por ser uma construção antiga, apesar da reforma maravilhosa feita no edifício. Existe elevador, mas ele é desencontrado com os andares, então você terá que subir ou descer meio lance de escada. Faltam alguns itens fáceis para serem deixados no apartamento, como: pano de prato, papel toalha, óleo de cozinha, mais saco de lixo, detergente de cozinha.

Majoitus oli siisti ja hyvällä sijainnilla Riiassa. Päästiin majoittumaan hyvin, vaikka tultiin vasta myöhään illalla.

Cons:

Ilmoitimme että meitä tulee 7, kuitenkin vain 4 hengelle oli vuoteet valmiina. Myös esim wc paperia olisi voinut olla enemmän valmiina.
