Lep in urejen hotel.

Cons:

Za tiste, ki imajo radi mir in svež zrak, to ne bo primeren hotel. Okna se namreč ne da odpreti.
Hotelska soba je tik nad najbolj prometno cesto.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was excellent — just a 15-minute walk to the centre, which made it very convenient for exploring the area. The hotel offers great value for money for a 4-star property, exceeding my expectations in terms of comfort and quality.

I was disappointed with the service at reception. The staff were not particularly welcoming or friendly, which made the arrival experience feel cold and uninviting.

Not great in winter months

Great breakfast and comfortable beds.

Cons:

During my stay, the outdoor temperature was around -14°C, but the hotel’s heating appeared to be limited and would not go above approximately +20°C. In addition, the bathroom heater was switched off, and the main heater in the room was cold and not functioning properly.

As a result, the room was uncomfortably cold, especially given the extreme outdoor conditions. I wanted to bring this to your attention, as adequate heating is essential for guest comfort and safety in such temperatures.

Amazing location and very quiet room!

Cons:

Upon arrival there were no towels (got them fast), no mini bar and only spakling water.
