موقع رائع لكن تنقصه بعض الخدمات

لم يتم التوضيح في شرح الغرف عند الحجز ان الشبابيك مغلقة ولاتفتح لايوجد اي متنفس في الغرفة ؟!!!
وعند طلبي تنظيف الغرفة في الصباح وعند عودتي مساء وجدت انها لم يتم تنظيفها !!!!!!
