Was great for a transit stay.

Great and convenient hotel

I had checked in into this hotel for a week long holiday in Doha. I was warmly greeted and assisted by the reception staff Oudie. After check in I was taken to my assigned room by Ismael. However, the first room at the 7th floor smells like cigarette smoke. They happily changed my room to the 8th floor upon my request. Staff are quite friendly and helpful. Mohammed and the Filipina lady at the restaurants serves my breakfast daily with enthusiasm. The rooms are reasonably big. I love the rain shower in the toilet. The only downside of my stay in this hotel was the gym and the pool. With my 7 days stay, it was always closed. I only used the gym once since its closed all the time. I was meant to be open from 7AM to 10Pm but every-time I go up there after breakfast, its closed. The staff told me to call the reception to have it open. Why should I do that wherein they were suppose to open it regularly according to their timing. Also the lift is playing up. It will open on a random floors. Over all my stay was pleasant and the location was great because it’s close to souq waqif, the national museum as well as corniche and there are few local shops around. Thanks and I hope to come check in again with you in the future.

Great location to stay, I had a 3 day layover in Doha. Ouday the front desk manager and staff were very helpful and polite. The amenities met my standards and the rooms were clean and well cared for. Food from kitchen was delicious. Location is near Souq Waquif shopping center, and national museum of Qatar. Major locations are walkable and it's near metro stations and busses. Really enjoyed my stay and looking forward to staying here again next time I am in Qatar.

Booking a ‘budget’ hotel can be a risk, but the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the CV location suited my needs. Very pleased.

Location is great and friendly staff

The staffs are night, the room is well organized including the bathrooms. It have all the things that you will need in the room but i wish that they will have some television channels that one can watch instead of linking my phone to the tv. Will like to get a bigger room next time because the one that i was given was a bit small

We went for breakfast on the holy month Ramadan. It’s when sunsets. My friends and I were gathered for our annual Ramadan Iftar. Selected Grand Legacy Hotel this time. We didn’t regret. They have valet parking. The buffet was ready good, 2 kinds of soup, many salads and appetizers like hummus, mutabbal, tabbouleh, green salad, Greek salad with cheese. Many main courses like BBQ, rice with chicken, plain rice and others. Few desserts, fruit salads and Um Ali.
Overall, buffet is very good. Great service and hospitality. Reasonable prices.

Conveniently close to amenities and airport. Very nice rooms and nice people. Due to short stay, we didn’t use the restaurant and other facilities. Nice pool on the top floor. Will stay there again.

The breakfast was not very good, they need to work on how to improve the breakfast menu choices.

Room in a good and clean state. The location not so great as there are no stores/restaurants although close to metro/gold line, and it takes around 40 min to get to the airport. The location does not offer much but you can get anywhere from there.

All amenities except dryer and body shower. Shampoo and conditioner included.

it was good. nice location and easy access to get cab. The room is big and spacious, the living room is a good size and the bathroom bright and clean. The reception people were really nice and helpful all the time,espacially Ibrahim and Mustafa.

Bed was comfortable but the fitted sheets didn't actually fit the mattress. I kept having to battle to get them to fit. Also, water from the shower leaked towards the toilet. The hotel is showing its age.

Stayed 4 nights. Well worth the money. Clean, spacious, walkable!

Excellent room with all amenities. Excellent and very friendly staff.
Hospitality is top notch.
