The Views Resort

I just left the property and would like to give others the heads up before booking this hotel.

- The doors to the room are very tricky. You’ll spend a lot of time figuring out how to get in and out of your room.

- I paid an upgrade for ‘sea view’ — when I arrived I realized there is no direct sea view from any room. You can see some water from far away between heavy vegetation. All rooms had the same view.

- The initial room I checked into had no hot water to take a shower. I brought this up with the hotel and they said all they have is “lukewarm”. In this particular room the AC did not work well.

- The hotel moved me to a different smaller room but didn’t want to refund any money.

- It is difficult to access the road and it is quite far from El Tunco beach and restaurants.

- They do have a beach at the end of street which is full of garbage. The hotel did mention they will hire a company to clean.

- Breakfast wasn’t great.

- The safe in my room didn’t work.

- No phone in the room to contact reception - you’ll have to go downstairs to speak with someone directly.

In my opinion, the price per night which is a lot higher compared to other hotels in this area is not a good deal. I will not stay at this hotel again.

Very good size of the rooms, overall conditions of the building and the staff is friendly

We had such a wonderful stay at The Views Resort! The property is modern, clean, and beautifully designed with so much attention to detail. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome from the moment we arrived. The food and drinks were excellent, and the atmosphere was so relaxing. We especially loved the stunning views and peaceful vibe. it truly felt like a perfect escape. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting El Salvador, whether for relaxation or adventure. Can’t wait to come back!

Este hotel es perfecto para escapaditas en pareja, perfecto para turismo rural.

A mi esposa y a mí nos encantó la tranquilidad del lugar y ambiente rural y campesino de sus alrededores.

El personal del hotel es atento y amable. Los felicito.

Las instalaciones bien cuidadas y el tamaño de la habitación muy conveniente.

Si nos extrañó que al momento de nuestro check-in nos dieron que faltaban $12.10 por cobrar. Yo les dije que "según Expedia" lo pagado era el total pero igualmente hubo que pagar los $12.10. Es un monto bajo, nada que represente un problema, solamente que si advierto la situación porque yo confío en que lo pagado a Expedia es el total real para despreocuparme de cargos futuros.

El hotel lo recomendamos mucho.

This is an easy beautiful place to hang out and even work quietly. If you want to avoid the hustle and bustle of the popular beaches in the area and still enjoy comfortable amenities and good food, this is the place to be. Still, you're an easy and fast ride away from the party scene in the other beach towns.

Staff was great friendly and willing to help. Clean and specious room. Food was great. Coffee great as well

The staff was amazing!!! They were so nice that we decided to go back to this hotel for a second time in the same week! Also breakfast are included and so tasty! We had the king bed which was very comfortable and the pool is big enough to swim and has great temperature. This hotel is a good place to relax and is 10 min away from el tunco if people want to party or surf and 15 min away from san blas a more quiet beach.

Getting to property road is in poor conditions

The Hotel was great for me as a a solo getaway. Pool Amenity a plus and walking distance to some restaurants and a beach. However from the main sources of activities its about a 13 minute drive down to El Tunco. That being said that area is rowdy at night so this place is far away enough to escape it and close enough to enjoy with a vehicle and is my kind of preference. I also enjoyed in room massages and let me tell you it was amazing best massages I have ever gotten.

Es un lugar muy cómodo y el personal realmente serviciales. La comida estaba deliciosa. La cama grande fue muy comoda. La piscina fue bueno. Tienen una boutique con burnos precios.
La playa es a 2 minutos pero no es bonita. El olor de esa playa no fue agradable.

The property was nice , I do suggest having a blow dryer and a mini fridge , the staff was nice , food was great .

It was a nice place but too secluded. Not much around within walking distance. Too dark

Todo perfecto, el unico detalle es el costo de la alimentacion que si bien esta orientado a turismo internacional, reciben mucho nacional y en su mayoria vi que nadie consumio, creo que les funcionaria mas si tuvieron algo mas accesible para todos, un consejo nada mas! Pero todo perfecto!
