It was meagre and probably won’t go back but for the cost of entry to the park it was fine.
Pros:

One of the workers was amazing and breakfast was okay, could have more variety

Cons:

Broken glass and dirty furniture. The room wasn’t as nice as the site shows, the curtains don’t go all the way, check in could’ve been later. Bathroom wasn’t too clean such as the sink, rug was dusty and I have allergies to dust.

تجربتي كانت غير مريحة إطلاقًا بسبب سوء الخدمة وبطء الاستجابة، وارتفاع الأسعار مقارنة بالخدمات المقدمة، إضافة إلى مشاكل في المرافق وعدم مطابقة التوقعات، مما يجعلني لا أوصي بالإقامة

الحجز لا يشمل جميع الابناء في منطقة الالعاب ويغلق بسرعة دفعنا مبلغ اضافي للالعاب الاطلالة ليست كما توقعنا حتى عندما غيرنا الغرفة الريموت كنترول للتلفاز لا يعمل الخدمة في كل شي بطيئة لساعات عندما تطلب اي شيء طلبنا سرير اضافي جابوه بعد اربع ساعات طلبنا تنظيف الحمام بعد سباحة الاطفال وتاخرو كثيرا حتى نمنا ثم اتو للتنظيف طلبنا من سنونو لم يقبلون بادخال الطلب للفندق وطلبو مني الخروج وعندما خرجت اخبروني ان اقطع مسافة بعيدة واذهب خارج منطقة السيارات الاستقبال ايضا ولم يعجبني ذلك ثم اشتكيت الى الكونسيرج وخبرني انه سيأتي بالطلب لم تكن اقامة مريحة ابداً ولا انصح بها
حجزنا عن طريق الموقع بضعف السعر بينما حجزت اختي من مقر الفندق بنصف السعر

الفندق نظيف، وأغلب الموظفين محترمين ومتعاونين. السبب الرئيسي لحجزي لهذا الفندق هو أنه يشمل الدخول إلى الحديقة المائية، خصوصاً أن سعر الفندق مرتفع جداً، لذلك كنت أتوقع خدمة وتجربة توازي المبلغ المدفوع. للأسف، بعض الأمور أفسدت تجربتي بالكامل.

1. الموظف علي (من باكستان):
كانت أسوأ تجربة خدمة عملاء مرّت علي. ذهبت فقط لطلب سوار للدخول إلى الحديقة المائية، فأخبرني بطريقة غير لائقة أنه لا توجد أساور متوفرة، ثم بدأ يوبخني أمام الناس ويسألني عن السوار الذي استلمته في اليوم السابق. أخبرته أنني تخلصت منه بعد النوم، فزاد انفعاله وتحدث معي بأسلوب مستفز وغير احترافي، ثم قال لي: “اذهب إلى موظف آخر”. من غير المقبول أن أدفع هذا المبلغ الكبير وفي المقابل أتعرض لهذا الأسلوب أمام النزلاء.
2. التكييف:
واجهت مشكلة مستمرة مع التكييف طوال فترة الإقامة. إما أن يكون بارداً جداً أو حاراً جداً، ولم أستطع التحكم به بشكل مريح. اضطررت للتواصل مع الفندق عدة مرات بسبب هذه المشكلة.
3. الإضاءة والستائر:
الإضاءة داخل الغرفة غير مريحة، كما أن هناك تسرباً كبيراً للضوء من الخارج، ومع شروق الشمس تصبح الغرفة مضاءة بشكل مزعج، مما يؤثر على الراحة والنوم.
4. بوفيه الإفطار:
بوفيه الإفطار كبير ويحتوي على خيارات كثيرة، لكن للأسف جودة الطعم لم تكن بالمستوى المتوقع.

باختصار، إذا كان هدفك الرئيسي هو الاستفادة من الحديقة المائية فلا أنصح بحجز هذا الفندق. السعر مرتفع جداً مقارنة بالخدمة والتجربة التي حصلت عليها، وفوق ذلك لا يتم تسليم الغرف إلا الساعة 3 عصراً.
