Главная претензия по которой вынужден поставить низкую оценку не работающий большой аквапарк, о чем не было сообщено при бронировании. Мы собственно ехали в отель ради этого аквапарка, а он был закрыт все дни. Также из минусов то, что детей не пускают в спа. Были моменты когда не было полотенец на бассейне, что не очень в прохладную погоду.

Все понравилось.
Pros:

1. Новый, свежий отель. Роскошный номер. Сделали апгрейд до сьюта с огромным балконом и видом на аквапарк и залив.
2. Очень вежливый и приветливый персонал. Решают любые вопросы.
3. Огромный аквапарк со множеством горок на любой вкус и возраст.
4. Разнообразная и вкусная еда.
5. Качественный алкоголь.
6. Развлекательная программа для детей на высшем уровне.
7. Быстрый интернет.
8. Качественная косметика в номере.

Cons:

1. Уборка. Убирали в разное время и не очень качественно. Слив в ванной быстро засорялся.
2. Хотелось бы побольше снеков в течение дня. В аквапарке не было снеков для постояльцев , у которых все включено. Только платно.
3. Много мух.
4. Рядом с отелем идет стройка.

Bastan sona inanilmaz bir tatildi. Gelisten ugurlamaya kadar otel personeli cok guleryuzlu, tatli ve profesyoneldi. Otel malum bir Turk markasi, cok sayida Turk sef var, 1 numarali sef bey de bir Turk, hal boyle olunca her aksam cok sayida Turk yemegi oluyor, isimleri Turkce yaziliyor kolayca bulabilirsiniz. Her aksam cesit cesit yemek var, tavk, et, balik, doner, pide, sahanda kofte, firinda makarna dahil Turk yemekleri...tatlilar mukemmeldi. Her aksam salonda cocuklar icin eglence var, zaten genel olarak bir aile oteli cok sayida cocuk var. Disardaki 2 havuz da isitmali, spa ayrica mukemmel vallahi ayrilirken aglayarak gittim:) Kis aylarinda gunesli yer ariyorsaniz %1000 tavsiyemdir. Konuk karsilamadaki Zeynep Hanima da ayrica tesekkur ederim her aksaqm telefon etit hatir sordu.

Bu tesisi hiçbir Türk’e önermiyorum
Pros:

Tesisin temizliği ve çalışan Türk personellerin ilgilisi iyiydi.

Cons:

Asla bir Rixos kalitesine uygun değil. Türkler dışındaki çalışan personel aşırı kaba, rahatsız edici. Yemekler vasat. Restorantlar yetersiz. Ama en önemlisi otelde birşey istemeye sormaya korkuyorsunuz personel sizi tersliyor. Bir daha ASLA bu tesiste konaklamayız hiç bir Türk’e de önermiyorum. Kesinlikle bir rixos kalitesine yakışır bir tesis değil. Herşey dahil konsepti rakiplerinin çok çok gerisinde.

Had lots of fun and a good getaway

I loved how they give us the package where in we have the room plus the food and drinks and also free water park entry for the next day
