Pros:

It was excellent accomodation.
I stayed with my wife for 2nights.
The room came with kitchen and balcony.
You could buy ingredients and cook your own food and relax on the balcony.
The room was clean and the staff service was very good.

Nearby there are malls and fancy restaurant and bars so you also will be entertained.

Overall excellent accomodation and would recommend to others!

Could be chosen for work related tour. Rate of 9000/- per night is very high than other hotels.
Pros:

Location was good and property was not very old. Hotel guys were good and helpful. It was 1 BHK room, quite spacious. Welcome kit was fabulous. WA connect with guests and messaging was good.

Cons:

High Price, no common restaurant. Food is supplied on order basis. Area was little untidy. Hot water was not coming in my room no 103. As front desk was not operative during my check out at 8.30 am so invoice received very late thru whatsapp.

They tried their best to keep us happy , good facilities, gym, food, recreational centre and laundry. Nice kitchen and living space.

It was great experience and every staffs are very polite and service was amazing they are very helpful, although rooms are very clean and hygienic overall i would definitely suggest you to check out this hotel.

Cons:

Nice place cozy stay, the front desk person is very polite and helpful. The place has restaurant above the hotel, they also provide services for laundry but you will get the clothes washed and ironed next day. Overall good and decent place. We really enjoy the whole stay from check in to check out and especially the activities they had such as pool table tennis and gym area. Food was also good, if visiting Gurgaon will be surely staying here again.

Best service apartment for family.

The quality of staff overseeing food services, house keeping, front office and security was outstanding. Staff were motivated and responded promptly to our requests such as internet connectivity, TV connectivity etc. In particular,We could contact him 24/7 for matters such as travel arrangements and he would ensure that the service of even external providers were completed as scheduled. Zen Suites is a well-maintained property with clean and spacious rooms. at the facility scheduled. We had a comfortable and happy stay and unequivocally rate The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby markets. The gym and other recreational 'Zen suites Golf course road Gurugram to be an excellent place to stay.
