Overall, it was a wonderful family stay made even more special by the thoughtful birthday surprise for my daughter.
Pros:

I stayed at the hotel for 4 days with my family and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious, and the staff are very polite and caring.
It was my daughter’s birthday during our visit, and the General Manager of the hotel kindly helped me organise a special celebration for her. The birthday surprise setup by the poolside was truly memorable — my daughter really loved it.
Thank you for making our stay so special!

Cons:

It would be great if the hotel could add more outdoor play space for kids, though they already have a nice indoor games area.

Rooms: Very spacious, comfortable, and kept neat. Kichenette facility

Amenities: A beautifully maintained property with a fantastic swimming pool.

Service: The staff members are incredibly friendly, polite, and always ready to help

Cons:

Overall, the property was good but there were a few areas that could be improved. The breakfast buffet spread felt repetitive with no major changes from day to day. Additionally, the sofa cum bed in our room was stained and definitely could have been better maintained.

One exceptional service. Second very good cuisine. Extremely classy yet budget friendly.

Cons:

Nothing...but if u want a beach side place this isnt... though just 3 kms away is calangute. Bikes n cars available right next to Citadine.
