Quest Suva

I have booked and stayed here on several trips into the City. Firstly, the rooms are great. The decor, to the toilets, kitchen and the bed sheets. Comfortable and above par. It’s an apartment like complex and conveniently located in the CBD. Tea and coffee facilities. Laundry and gym. Staff and great - helpful and professional. WiFi and TV with a wide variety of movies TV and documentaries including news.

Room was so clean and close to store and market

Didnt need the car cos i stayed conveniently in town

Stayed in Suva at Quest from September 11th to 14th 2025. Couldn't have asked for much more - walking distance to everything we wanted to access, excellent customer service, and accessible laundry facilities (which came in handy in the middle of a 16-day trip to Fiji).

Romuka (Rokuma? I'm sorry if I got your name wrong!) was a star at the front desk, helping us deal with taxis and parking issues throughout our stay. When the taxi we had booked from Colo-i-Suva to take us back to the hotel fell through, she helped us out and kept checking in with us until someone had picked us up. She was worth the stay alone!

I would say we had great value at Quest, given that we were three people in a room and they did not mind that we needed a cot and extra towels. The rooms strike me as very business-oriented, and the price was great, compared to the nearby Holiday Inn and PGH.

I recommend the Fiji Museum, and Paradiso Restaurant nearby for a great afternoon and evening combination! The bar at the Pacific Grand is also worth a stop!

We were really impressed with Quest Suva. They take security seriously - guard at the bottom of the building, swipe card for external door and use of lift.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and our room was cleaned well each day. We had a kitchette (microwave, sink, jug, etc). We were visiting friends in the area, so didn't need a swimming pool or restaurants like other accomodation in Suva.

It was good, except few minor issues when you check out and drive through the gate there was no one to open it or security has no idea how or what he should do when the gate door was locked..

Walk to mhcc foodcourt..and shopping.

The toiletries would have been nice. Take your own body lotion ..coz they only provide shampoo, conditioner and soap.
