Pros:

L'emplacement centré.

Cons:

Le personnel n'est pas sympa et au service du client. Après une nuit, nous avons prolongé de 3 autres nuits, mais il a fallu passer 3 fois à la réception pour avoir l'accord du manager. De plus, la propreté dans les chambres est très relative. Dommage pour un 4☆, le niveau n'y est pas. De plus, le matin dès 6h30 on est réveillé par des bruits de mobilier déplacé

Pros:

Très bien situé dans Mindelo, au bord de la baie et à 3 minutes à pied de la gare maritime.
L'architecte est jolie et la décoration de bon goût.
Le hall est majestueux.
Toit terrasse avec piscine d'où la vue sur Mindelo et ses environs est magnifique.
Draps et serviettes propres.Lit confortable.
Suite problème de chambre, la réception fut à l'ecoute et à fait en sorte de trouver une solution rapidement.

Cons:

Il faut rappeler que cet hôtel est classé avec 4 étoiles et n'a que 3 ans d'existence.
Le service, le ménage et l'entretien ne sont pas à la hauteur de ce classement.
Les supports de carte de chambre sont lamentables et donnent le ton du séjour.
Dans les parties communes, l'ascenseur, les murs, les couloirs tout est sale.
Chambre 12, odeur d'humidité. (95 euros la nuit)
Chambre 122. Salle de douche sale et mur de la chambre noirci par les clients.
Chambre 520 (certainementund suite). Salle de douche sale et confort limité pour ce type de chambre avec terrasse sur la baie.
Petit déjeuner passable mais service pas digne encore d'un 4 étoiles.
Piscine sur le toit, entretien douteux.
Piscine du rdc pas essayé.

Una estancia con ansiedad.
Pros:

Prácticamente nada.

Cons:

Tendría una larga lista de cosas:
1. Aunque te mueras de calor y estés esperando 7 horas como fue mi caso, entras en la habitación súper tarde, esto fue agónico. Mi vuelo llega a las 9:00 y la habitación accedes a las 15:00, te puedes morir antes.
2 . El personal de recepción es cero empático y amable, a mí me dio un ataque de ansiedad y le importó bien poco para dejarme usar mi habitación antes. Os juro que esto fue una agonía.
3. Las habitaciones que dan al patio interior bajas tiene muchísimo ruido del eco que se forma en la piscina que está justo debajo.
4. El agua de la piscina está súper sucia, falta mantenimiento y las baldosas que la cubren se caen.
5. El personal en general es 0 agradable.
6. El desayuno es escaso y lo reponen cuando les apetece, si lo reponen.
7. El hotel está en obras con los huésped allí, así que si quieres descansas te fastidiarás y te levantas cuando a ellos les apetece.
8. El peor viaje que había hecho en mucho tiempo, San Vicente no está preparada para el turismo.

Pros:

The location was very good, close to the ferry terminal and within walking distance from the town centre, with shops, bars, cafés, and restaurants.

Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.

The breakfast was tasty, with a good selection, and the terrace had a nice view. The Wi-Fi worked well, and we were able to store our luggage before check-in.

The staff spoke good English, were helpful, and arranged a taxi to the airport for us when we checked out.

Cons:

We were not so lucky when arranging a taxi from the airport to the hotel on our arrival, though. We had exchanged messages with the hotel beforehand and were told that a taxi would be waiting for us, but nobody was there. After we called the hotel, they only then attempted to arrange one, so we ended up finding a taxi ourselves.

We stayed at the hotel twice, with a four-night break in between, and were given the same room both times. The shower drain was partially blocked during our first stay, and it had still not been fixed when we returned.

The hotel asked guests to wear wristbands throughout their stay. We preferred not to wear them because we did not want to attract unwanted attention while walking around the town.

Super ubicación con terraza y piscina en la azotea con vistas increíbles de la ciudad
Pros:

La ubicacion es perfecta, delante del ferry para ir a Santo Antao y cerca del centro para ir andando a visitar y comer. Las habitaciones son de buen tamaño, limpias. El personal muy agradable. Hay unas vistas increíbles de la ciudad desde arriba la terraza y piscina.

Cons:

Lo único que hemos visto es que la piscina de arriba está un poco turbia el agua. Y algunas hormigas pequeñitas en la habitacion pero tampoco nos ha molestado esto. Muy buen hotel

Cons:

Nous étions chargées. Il y avait du monde à l’accueil. Pour un hôtel qui se veut luxueux, j’ai trouvé cela bizarre que personne ne nous aide avec nos bagages sachant que l’hôtel est très grand (même un chariot aurait fait l’affaire)
Le petit déjeuner n’était pas très bon.
