I will definitely return to this hotel because of the staff. They made every service easy, were always cheerful, and ready to assist. This level of hospitality is something I haven’t seen in hotels for a long time.

المىظف محمد اقبال تعامله كان سيئ جداً ولم يحسن التعامل معنا ولم يراعي دخولنا وتعبنا من السفر عن طريق البر وتأخرنا عن وقت الدخول كان الساعه12،30 ليلا أعجز عن التحدث ع سوء معاملته حتي أني سألته اريد المسؤول قال انا المسؤول واذا لم يعجبك الوضع تقدرين تسترجعين فلوسك وهو يعرف وصولنا متاخر كيف لي استرجع ومعي ابنائي وبلغت الموظف حسين الحداد بذلك فأرجو من ادارة الفندق اتخاذ التجراء اللازم معه
