Spacious rooms and good location.
Pros:

Alman Bet was very helpful during check in. The hotel is located quite centrally. Unlimited water refill by ourselves down the hall of each level allows us to save the use of plastics.

Decent place to stay
Pros:

The hotel was in a good location, but set away from the road, so it was a little difficult to get your bags to the front door. Staff was friendly. The rooms were clean and secure.

Cons:

There was no elevator, the beds were very firm, the breakfast was just okay, and it wasn't clear what time breakfast would be each morning.

Pros:

A nice and comfortable hotel, just a few minutes’ walk from Ala-Too Square. Our room was clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and spoke good English, which isn’t something you find everywhere in Central Asia. We especially enjoyed the breakfast, served on the top floor with a beautiful view over Bishkek.

В целом, осталось приятное впечатление
Pros:

Очень хорошее расположение и отзывчивый персонал. Хорошая уборка номера. Довольно хорошие завтраки с отличным видом на горы. На просьбу продлить проживание на 7 дней ответили мгновенно и позитивно, так же, как и на просьбу заменить две раздельные кровати на одну большую.

Cons:

Очень не понравился шумный кондиционер в номере, который невозможно выключить. На две просьбы починить ответили отказом, и предложили другой номер, но econom класса вместо suite, на что я ответил отказом и не мог нормально выспаться. Прачечная работает быстро, но не очень качественно.
