Very nice and helpful staff. Excellent location downtown (reducing exposure to Bishkek's traffic jams). Very good value for the money.
The room furniture could use an update. The coffee shop area next to the reception could be upgraded so it becomes more attractive more guests to use it.

The hotel is located very centrally, and the facilities are very good. The breakfast buffet has a lot of choices but my highlight is the welcoming and helpful front desk staff.
Hotel w dobrej lokalizacji, właściwie w centrum. Różnorodne śniadanie.
Hotel wymaga odświeżenia. Zarówno na ścianach jak i meblach widać już ząb czasu. Pokój niby duży ale na środku wielki słup, który powoduje że znaczna część jest wyłączona z użytkowania. W łazience wanna. Wzięcie prysznica jest równoznaczne z zalaniem całej łazienki bo brak jest jakiejkolwiek osłony. Słabe wyciszenie drzwi. Jak Pani w pokoju po drugiej stronie korytarza rozmawiała przez telefon to miałam wrażenie że jest obok mnie. Obsługa mało zainteresowana gośćmi. W dniu wyjazdu, ze względu na wczesny lot poprosiliśmy o śniadanie na wynos. Chcieliśmy żeby było gotowe o 6:30. O 7:00 Pan w recepcji wciąż go poszukiwał.

The staff was exceptionally attentive to our needs and most helpful in getting transportation to and from the airport and with last minute changes. Very kind people.
My room was a good size; it was clean, tidy and modern. The receptionists were friendly and spoke English. There was free water in the corridors on each floor.
I couldn't really fault the place, but still felt that it was perhaps a bit expensive. The location is fine, but a bit of a walk from the main areas.
We stayed at The Orient Hotel in Bishkek before and after several expeditions. It has a fabulous location just a few blocks from many attractions (Ala-Too Square, State History Museum etc), restaurants, cafes and shops. Staff were super friendly, rooms comfortable and a great breakfast on L10!
