Super schönes Finca Hotel, eine ruhige, kleine Oase wo man sich direkt angekommen fühlt. Sehr herzliches Personal, sehr zuvorkommend und vollkommen auf das Wohl der Gäste ausgerichtet.
Die Zimmer sind sehr stilvoll und grosszügig eingerichtet mit einem super bequemen Bett.
Das Restaurant und die Küche ist der Qualität und Lokalität verpflichtet, sehr leckere Speisen.
Da will man wieder hinkommen!

Alles war perfekt
Grandioser Ort zum entspannen in exklusiver Atmosphäre. Die Qualität des Essens ist exzellent und das Personal äußerst freundlich. Der Zustand des Anwesens ist super und man kann sich richtig gut erholen!
Beim Frühstück ist leider zu wenig Personal: 20 min auf den Kaffee zu warten und 45 min auf die Eierspeisen… das ist leider viel zu lange, auch wenn man die Zeit beim bewundern der Natur genießen kann und die Bedienung es mit Humor und Freundlichkeit wettmacht :)

The property was in a great location
Very serene and was perfect for a resting and relaxing holiday.
The rooms were clean and a good size.
There was no staff when we arrived
The temperature in the hotel is centrally controlled, which unfortunately caused significant issues during our stay.
On the first day we arrived, the room was far too cold and the only solution offered was portable radiators. Then, over the following days, the rooms were fixed at 24°C and we were unable to switch to air conditioning even when the weather became warmer.
As a result, I was unable to sleep properly for two consecutive nights and eventually had to request a fan. Despite complaining, the only response offered was an apology and the suggestion that the fan itself was compensation.
This was extremely disappointing given the cost of the hotel and the standard we expected. The lack of proper temperature control greatly affected my experience and honestly ruined a large part of the trip for me. I was so exhausted from the lack of sleep that I even missed breakfast for two mornings.
Overall, this issue was handled very poorly and significantly impacted what should have been an enjoyable stay.
