Unbelievably rude staff at the reception
Pros:

Modern building and close to the beach. The lakefront location was the best thing about the hotel.

Cons:

The front of house staff were rude and unhelpful. The hotel over-advertised their all-inclusive. It's not! There was no choice at mealtimes. Only breakfast was laid out as a buffet, but lunch and dinner were served at the table with dishes wheeled out by a waiter in a rattling and noisy trolley. No drinks included. Some dishes were not edible, and we experienced stomach ache. No choice for vegetarians and other dietary requirements. When I mentioned these concerns at the reception, the lady in the reception told me: Okay, you can see we don't have choice at meals! What do you want us to do now!
The spa was good with an excellent an masseuse.

Lovely staff and exceptional service
Pros:

Very nice hotel close to Issyk Kul. Lovely professional staff who were very helpful and provided exceptional service. Highly recommended.

Pros:

the food - scarce but generally good quality for the money
this is probably the best location amond other beaches
the design is generally modern and good

Cons:

reception staff lazy, clicking their tongues when bothered with requests
first room we were shown had a broken lock, no chair, no safe box, no wall lighing
staff and so called 'owner' who showed up did nothing but promising improvements
THE WORST PROBLEM IS THE LAYOUT. half the 'lakeview' rooms face playground, another half overlook unkempt parking lot
almost all of the lakeview rooms are noisy throughout the day with kitchen ventilation
generally sound insulation is rather bad

소음 방음문제가 있다.
Pros:

새로지은 건물 입니다.
괘적한 느낌이 들어습니다.
다만 방음에 문제가 있습니다.
옆방의 소소한 대화가 정확히 들립니다.
동절기라서 그런지는 몰라도 조식도 개선의
여지가 있어보입니다.
접근로가 외지고 주변에 아무것도 없으며
호수 주변 산책길도 없습니다.
