Insgesamt würde ich das Hotel erneut buchen. Abgesehen vom Frühstück war der Aufenthalt sehr zufriedenstellend.
Pros:

Das Hotel überzeugt durch seine zentrale Lage, die eine gute Erreichbarkeit der wichtigsten Ziele ermöglicht. Die Zimmer sind großzügig geschnitten und sehr sauber. Insgesamt bietet das angenehme Unterkunft.
Wir würden auf jeden Fall die Zimmer noch mal buchen

Cons:

Das Frühstücksangebot im Hotel ist traditionell gehalten, fällt jedoch insgesamt eher einfach aus Insbesondere die Auswahl an Obst ist begrenzt beziehungsweise teilweise nicht vorhanden. Zudem ist der Frühstücksbereich bei höherer Auslastung etwas knapp bemessen, sodass es zu Platzmangel kommen kann. Negativ fällt außerdem auf, dass das Personal beim Nachlegen der Speisen teilweise langsam ist, wodurch es zeitweise an Tellern und einzelnen Angeboten fehlt. Insgesamt besteht hier noch Verbesserungspotenzial.

Хороший отель в центре города.
Pros:

Отель расположен в хорошем месте. Заселение прошло быстро и без проблем. Персонал на ресепшн вежливый. Номер отличный, чистый. Чайник, чай, кофе, вода. Места достаточно. Кондиционер работал исправно. Есть сейф. Горячая вода была всегда. Особую благодарность хочу оставить Малике (ресепшн) за быстрое решение проблемы. Завтрак нормальный (8-10 утра): салаты, соленья, выпечка, горячие блюда, причем горячие блюда каждый день новые. Отличный эспрессо варят девушки в баре.

Cons:

Возникла досадная проблема: после одного дня проживания у нас забрали два полотенца из номера (большое и маленькое). Мы на ресепшн вежливо попросили их вернуть. Нам пообещали, записали,(сказали что девушка, которая убирает номера не знает сколько там человек живет (детский сад), но когда мы вечером вернулись с экскурсии, все было по прежнему. Пришлось еще раз убедительно попросить вернуть полотенца в номер. То что не смогли сделать за 2 дня Малика (ресепшн) решила за 10 мин. В последний день перед выездом после завтрака (в 10-00) не смогли попасть в номер. Карточки от нашего номера не работали, причем у персонала на этаже тоже. Спасибо персоналу, одна девушка пошла на ресепшн и принесла нам работающие карточки. Эти не очень большие проблемы испортили впечатление от сервиса. В таком отеле так быть не должно от слова - совсем! Подушки на кроватях достаточно толстые и на них не очень удобно спать.

Perfect hotel with perfect car rental opportunities
Pros:

The hotel was perfect and very clean. Staff spoke good English and food was wonderful.
We rented a car from the company that the hotel staff recommended. We were very satisfied. The car was very good and clean and Mr Bolot - the car rental representative - was very helpful. I highly recommend this car rental company. Very professional, helpful and good. There are many beautiful places to go in the area so car rental is a must do.
