Breakfast had very limited options. There were no fresh juices or fruit slices available. There was no hot chocolate, and cappuccinos required an extra charge.

We had booked and paid for a luxury taxi to take us back to the airport, but it never showed up. At the very last minute, the receptionist stopped a regular taxi, which had a strong smell of cigarettes.

We are very disappointed!

Harika bir deneyim
Pros:

Her şey harikaydı. Konumu merkezdeki büyük iskender heykelinin hemen dibinde ve gezilecek her yere çok yakın. Odalar çok lüks ve konforlu. Isıtması harika. Personel çok ilgili ve sıcaktı. Tekrar yolumuz düşerse yine aynı yerde kalmak isteriz.

Cons:

Tek beğenmediğimiz olay duşakabin kapısının alt tarafında boşluk olması ve her duş aldığımızda ciddi miktarda suyun dışarı taşmasıydı. Yere paspas sersek bile engelleyemedik.

Καθαρό, άνετο, ευχάριστο προσωπικό, πολύ καλή τοποθεσία!
Pros:

Πολύ όμορφο ξενοδοχείο, μέσα στην πλατεία! Μπορούσαμε να πάμε οπουδήποτε θέλαμε με τα πόδια.
Εξαιρετικό δωμάτιο, άνετο, καθαρό! Το jacuzzi τους ζεστό και έχεις την ιδιωτικότητα σου! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα για όσους πάνε και για ξεκούραση! Το προσωπικό πάρα πάρα πολύ καλό και μας βοηθούσε σε ότι χρειαζόμασταν. Το εστιατόριο που σου προτείνουν που έχεις 10% έκπτωση ειναι πολύ καλό και με διάφορες επιλογές!

An unforgettable experience without any compromises. I already miss it.
Pros:

The breakfast was varied and fresh. The location is the best possible, and the price-quality ratio is excellent. The spa center is fantastic, and the service is incomparable. I will come back again.
