Öncelikle MİLA hanıma çok teşekkür ederim. Diğer resepsiyon çalışanları da çok güler yüzlü ve nazik. Hotel'in konumu harika gezerken arabamızı otoparktan çıkarmadık.

Cons:

Ufak tefek aksilikler olsa da hotel çalışanları fazlası ile telafi ettiler.

Sjajna lokacija, ostalo je moglo i bolje.
Pros:

Doručak je u premaloj prostoriji, samo sam na kraju popila kavu i otišla - prevelika je bila gužva. Izbor je osrednji, pa tako sam kraće i ostala.

Cons:

Bili su neki radovi pa do dva tri ujutro je bila buka pa se nisam mogla naspavati, hotel mi je rezervirao taksi koji me je ujedno i prevario za novac i odvezao i htio ostaviti na krivom mjestu, iako prima kartice inzistirao je na gotovini (službeni taksi Skopja pa nema direktno veze s hotelom, iako je osoba na recepciji jasno rekla adresu). Nema parkinga pored hotela jer je u pješačkoj zoni pa dio puta trebate s koferom hodati sami.

Excelence!!
Pros:

The property is perfectly located in the center of town, with everything you could possibly need just steps away. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, and very clean, and the area is quiet at night.

Breakfast at Soul Kitchen was absolutely out of this world — 100/10 🤩. The staff were another 100/10 experience. They went above and beyond to please us at all times. They arranged for our rooms to be available before the official check-in time, organized transportation so we could visit the places we wanted to see, and even prepared breakfast boxes for us on the day of check-out since we couldn’t stay for breakfast.

The ladies were incredibly kind and welcoming, truly making our stay more memorable. Special thanks to Rosetta and Veretta 🫶🏻.

Cons:

This was not an issue for us personally, but the elevator did not seem to be working properly. We stayed on the 3rd floor, and the only way to get there was by using the stairs from reception to the 1st floor, then taking the elevator down to the 2nd floor, and using the stairs again to reach the 3rd floor. We actually never used the elevator. While this did not affect us, it would definitely be a challenge for guests with disabilities or mobility issues.

The toilet was slightly clogged and required flushing multiple times before the next person could use it. The shower heads 🚿 had noticeable salt deposits, which made it look dirty even though it wasn’t. And lastly… there were a lot of mirrors 🥴🤣😂

Aamiainen oli hyvä! Huoneet myös, mutta huomasi etteivät rakennusmateriaalit olleet niin ensiluokkaista kuin kuvat antoivat ymmärtää.

Cons:

Kaaduin pahasti spa-osastolla koska lattian kivilaatat olivat erittäin liukkaat pukuhuoneessa. Heidän kannattaisi laittaa varoitus ettei vastaavaa kävisi muille.

Cons:

Chambre standard très petite, donnant sur la rue très bruyante.

Pros:

Konumu çok iyi, meydan da yer alıyor. Park yeri için yardım ediyorlar ama girişi bulmak biraz zor olabilir, çalışanlar ilgili ve konforlu.

Cons:

Tuvaletler temizdi ancak koku geliyordu, galiba havalandırma zayıftı. Onun haricinde herşey çok iyiydi.
