Absoutle most worst shocking experience i've had at any hotel anywhere in the world.
Pros:

We enjoyed the location with friends and family.

Cons:

Extremely disgraceful and disappointing experience which marked beautiful Skopje.

There was an incident, that blew completely out of proportion which involved a 9 year old child wetting the pool area "too much". It honestly got to such a point where the staff on shift completely snapped and became extremely problematic and ineffably rude. This extended to point where staff started raising their voice, becoming aggressive, physical and violent putting there hands in our face and trying to degrade us all while swearing. It was incredible to not only to see another staff member not step in and escort the violent staff member off the premises and protect hotel guest but... What was even more incredible was the barrage of insults and swearing that came from staff, and when questioned he simply stated he did not care that he was swearing and it didn't matter to him (abelite in a much more aggressive manner). This behaviour was completely out of line on what seemed to be an innocent mistake.

We were trying to solve the issue translating for my uncle but the staff member continuously grew the issue of control saying there is water all over the pool area and essentially trying to escort money out of us. First it was paying price of the sauna 25 euro, then for both of us 50 euro of which only my little cousin used the pool area. Then staff member called the "manager" which then proceeded to talk to him on the phone, and decided this wasn't enough, now all 5-guest had to pay 25 euro, equating to 125 euro. We decide to resolve this in the morning as we genuinely couldn't believe what was happening.

The morning came.

They now wanted 500 euro for damages of which they were none.

After much back and forth we resolved the non-issue for 50 euro.

This is the acceptable standard for Hotel Macedonia.

Absoutle humilation of the Macedonia culture.

Extremely disappointing.

Ottimo hotel in posizione centralissima
Pros:

Ottimo hotel in posizione centralissima, proprio accanto a Macedonia Square, vicinissimo a tutte le principali attrazioni da visitare a Skopje, raggiungibili in pochi minuti a piedi. Personale molto cortese e simpatico, tempi di check-in e check-out rapidi. Stanza molto pulita e ben strutturata, con letto comodo e cuscini di diversa tipologia. Bagno abbastanza ampio con ampia doccia. Servizio wifi semplice da utilizzare e molto veloce. Colazione abbastanza fornita, soprattutto di cose salate ma anche un po' di cose dolci. Un'ottima scelta per visitare Skopje.

Cons:

L'illuminazione della stanza potrebbe essere aumentata, è un po' troppo leggera, ma nulla di importante.

La colazione andrebbe un pò migliorata, ogni giorno presentava sempre le stesse cose. Un altra cosa da gestire è il condizionatore, che non era possibile da settare in modo autonomo

Service und Preis Leistung für größe und zeitgemässigkeit des Zimmers gut.
Transfer auf Amfrage super geklappt.

Cons:

Sauberkeit lässt etwas zu wünschen übrig im Bad . Dusche nur sehr geringer Wasserdruck. Hellhörige Zimmer

Nettes Hotel mit perfekter Ausgangslage für die Erkundung von Skopje
Pros:

Perfekte Lage am Macedonia Square und auf den ersten Blick schön eingerichtete Zimmer. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal und ganz gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Offensichtlich schlampige handwerkliche Arbeit in jedem Raum des Hotels. Treppen schief, Leisten abgenutzt, freiliegender Putz in einer Ecke. Ansonsten alles sauber.
