Empfang freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch gab es gute Vorschläge für Ausflüge usw. Das Personal im Frühstücksraum war das Gegenteil. Zeppten desinteressiert an ihren Handys. Jedes mal wenn etwas leer war, musste man das Personal darauf aufmerksam machen. Schade auch dass kein Tisch vorbereitet war. Mann musste Besteck, Servietten und alles selbst besorgen. Das finde ich schade, vor allem wenn das Personal gelangweilt da steht. Auch im Zimmer wurden die Betten sehr unlieb gemacht, dies trotz Trinkgeld auf dem Bett. Einfach bedauerlich da das Hotel wirklich stimmig war.
Es gab keine Fenster zum öffnen. Man ist hinter dicken Scheiben eingeschlossen.

Staff were excellent and so kind. They were able to get our room ready for us earlier and even met us on the street to help us with our bags.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. Communication before arrival was prompt, friendly and genuinely helpful, making it easy to prepare for my visit. The location is excellent, right in the centre of Skopje, yet my room was remarkably quiet and peaceful. The bed was extremely comfortable and I slept very well throughout my stay. The room was stylish, well maintained and featured an excellent shower. I also appreciated having coffee and a well-stocked minibar available in the room, particularly after long days exploring the city when I was too tired to head out again in the evening. Breakfast offered a good choice in beautiful surroundings, and the spa was a real bonus after a day of sightseeing. Above all, every member of staff I encountered was welcoming, professional and eager to help.
Very little. The only minor disappointment was that the steam room in the spa was not operating during my stay. Otherwise, I was very happy with the facilities and service.
A great, central location with lots of lovely restaurants nearby and close to the main points of interest.
The room was comfortable, clean and had everything I needed. A superb bed and lovely shower!
The highlight of the hotel were the staff, particularly Marija (who worked the morning shift) and Sanela (who worked in the evenings). Nothing was too much trouble, whether it was helping me to organise a day trip, airport shuttles, walking me to taxis to make sure I had the right driver, providing an iron, and recommendations for during my stay. They were friendly, polite, chatty, and would definitely be a reason to stay again. It can really make a difference as a solo female traveller. Thank you!

Great location within the centre plus close to supermarket and shopping and airport shuttle bus. And amazing friendly staff.
Our room decor makes the room dark especially by the hallway as there was no light there except for a dingy sensor cupboard light on one but not on the shelves next to it so when the bathroom door is closed when someone uses, it’s hard to find things.
