Müthiş bir fiyat performanstı
Pros:

Yatakları çok konforlu ve odalar çok temizdi otelin konumu şehrin merkezinde olması çok iyi her yere yürüme mesafesinde gidebiliyorsunuz . Kahvaltısı çok yeterliydi ilk 2 gün kahvaltı için dışarıyı tercih ettik fakat hiç birinde otelde yaptığımız kahvaltı kadar memnun olmadık kesinlikle bir kez daha gitsek tercih ederim , Mila hanım çok iyi Türkçe biliyor ve her konuda yardımcı oldu aynı zamanda diğer çalışanlarda çok ilgiliydi transferler için çalıştıkları firma işlerinde çok iyi matka kanyonu için ayarlardıkları Emin bey’in transferi de iyi ve güvenilirdi. Otel çıkışında verdikleri kutu çikolata çok ince düşünülmüştü her şey için teşekkürler 😊

Fiyat performans bakımından son derece memnun edici.
Pros:

Şehir meydanının tam ortasında , her yere ulaşım için ideal bir konumda, odalar çok temiz , çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve kibarlar. Şehirde için rehberlik bile ettiler nerede ne yenir nereleri görmemiz gerektiği hakkında bilgilendirme yaptılar.

Tesis konum olarak merkezi. Türk çarşısı ve taş kopruye çok yakın. Odalar temiz, sessiz. Isıtma sistemi güzel çalışıyor. Yataklar çok rahattı. Hem yumuşak hem sert yastık koymaları güzeldi.

"The hotel is absolutely centrally located. Therefore, a direct arrival by taxi is not possible. A short walk is necessary."

Cons:

"There are no fire escape plans. The windows are fixed, so there are no window handles. The escape route is only via a staircase. The stairs and corridors are carpeted and have artificial flowers. The fire load risk is very high."

I have lost an Item, after providing enough information, the staff contacted me personally, apologized and are going to send the item back. They were friendly and sent detailed instructions about parking, locations etc.
