Beautiful hotel with superb staff
Pros:

Very polite and welcoming staff. The rooms are a very good size and the hotel offers a lot of history with a maze of corridors. The breakfast is a superb and the staff were always very attentive. A perfect place to stop if you intend going into the old town to look around. We will definitely use again.

A cozy and chic hotel in the Old town for a reasonable price
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay. The stuff is super supportive. The bed was fantastic, I had a great sleep.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike, really! I wish the TV channels list was bigger, I missed news channels like BBC and CNN.

Suosittelen tätä hotellia lämpimästi jos haluat yöpyä rauhallisessa ja kauniissa paikassa sekä syödä hyvin.
Pros:

Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä, kohteliasta ja palvelualtista. Hotelli oli siisti ja kaunis. Sijainti on idyllisen kaunis vanhoine rakennuksineen. Melkein vastapäätä on Kohtuotsan näköalatasanne josta oli upeat näkymät. Aamiainen oli monipuolinen ja maukas. Myös gluteiinittomia vaihtoehtoja oli saatavana. Paikkana hotelli oli rauhallinen. Hotellissa on esim. kuntosali ja ihana spa-osasto.

Cons:

Ei ole mitään negatiivista sanottavaa, kokemus oli erinomainen.

Grandioser Ort mit toller Atmosphäre und sehr hoher Qualität
Pros:

Die Lage in der Altstadt war grandios. Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Innenstadt oder am Wasser sind innerhalb weniger Minuten zu erreichen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und toll atmosphärisch.

Cons:

Nichts. Wir sind Nachts kurz wach geworden, weil durch den starken Schneefall die Räumfahrzeuge durch die Straßen fuhren - dies ist jedoch normal und wäre zu Hause nicht anders.

Tallinn is a beautiful place, the old town is magical especially with the snow
Pros:

It was a beautiful hotel, perfect location, breakfast was delicious, we went on a trip to Helsinki and they offered us breakfast boxes, which was a nice touch although we didn’t know what it would be

Cons:

Only negative was on our last night we returned to the hotel for a nightcap but the bar was closed and there was no
notice anywhere to say it would be closed and also we would have only booked breakfast for 3 nights instead of 4 so lost approximately £40

Struttura molto bella in un edificio affascinante.
