We booked last minute and they received us well. The facilities are new and nicely decorated, clean and spacious room. There is a restaurant next door with a rocky beach view. The woman who received us was kind and welcoming!

Sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Freundliches Personal und unkomplizierte Abwicklung.
Frühstück wurde direkt aufs Zimmer geliefert und konnte auf der Terrasse genossen werden. Kaffeemaschine und Kapseln direkt im Zimmer verfügbar.
Sehr bequemes Bett und liebevolle und praktische Einrichtung!

Chambre spacieuse confortable, bien aménagée , beau mobilier. Volets bien occultants , appréciables!

Nous avons été très déçus par notre séjour.
La chambre ne correspond pas à la description : vue sur un parking et extérieurs en travaux, loin du cadre annoncé.
La propreté laissait à désirer (beaucoup de poussière), et l’isolation est quasi inexistante : on entend tout, rendant le sommeil difficile.
Un bruit assourdissant se déclenche dès que l’eau chaude est utilisée (douche, robinets), même par les voisins.
Nous n’avions pas été informés que l’établissement est fermé le dimanche et le lundi (aucun repas, entrée autonome via un code qu'on reçoit par sms), ce qui aurait influencé notre choix.
Nous avions contacté l’hôte à plusieurs reprises sans obtenir la moindre réponse :
- via hotels.com car l'URL de check-in online nous demandait de payer une nouvelle fois la chambre : aucune réponse
- pour confirmer notre arrivée après avoir reçu un SMS nous expliquant la marche à suivre (code pour retirer la clé pour ouvrir la chambre)
Nous espérions un peu de relationnel, c’est raté.
Au final, le rapport qualité-prix n’est pas du tout au rendez-vous, l'annonce ne reflète pas la réalité et les prestations ne correspondent pas au standing annoncé.

Hébergement calme, bien situé, facile pour ce garer

This was probably a one-off situation that could have been avoided with proper advance notice. In the week leading up to our arrival, we received three notifications asking us to check in and pay for our stay—this was confusing, as I had already paid. Once I replied stating that I would settle any remaining balance at check-in, the notifications stopped.

Upon arrival, it was clear the hotel was preparing to host a wedding. As a result, the restaurant—highly rated and one we had been looking forward to—was closed. Unfortunately, there were no appealing dining options nearby. The music from the wedding was extremely loud and continued well past 2 a.m. This was our last night in Réunion, and it wasn’t the relaxing evening we had hoped for.

The hotel should have informed us in advance about the event and the restaurant closure, so we could have made an informed decision. The owner kindly reached out to us directly to apologize and offered to have a meal prepared, but by then we had already bought some basics at the local grocery store.

I'm sure this was an isolated incident and that the hotel is usually quite comfortable, but I felt it was important to share our experience as this could have been avoided.

A brand new apartment decorated with taste. I had booked the one on ground floor which had a kitchen but as the one on first floor had a terrace and it was available, the owner very kindly agreed for us to swap.
The owners have a lovely restaurant a few meters from the property and their welcoming was so friendly. We felt extremely welcome and they really did 5 stars customer service.
