YOHO Treasure Island Hotel

We didn’t like the fact that the bar closed at 7.00 pm, too early if you’ve been out for the day.
Lovely room and facilities. Very attentive staff, in particular Patrick, who was extremely helpful.

Arrived at 3pm on an August weekday for one night. Check-in process was smooth with a bit of wait but one can tell the counters were trying their best to move the line. I booked the basic fountain-view room and got upgraded to a seaview on the 10/F.

The room is spectacular, well maintained and clean. Took us some time to find the subtle air-condition control which is part of the light control panel next to the bed.

We used the pool, it was great. 5pm is when the pool starts to get crowded.

The only downside is that the hair dryer is not working. That’s not the problem. The problem is that no staff is picking up the housekeeping or operator hotline. I tried calling a few times over 30 minutes.

I also took me a few trials to get to someone when I called front desk the next day. My requests are all fulfilled to be fair to them, just that don’t expect you can find someone right away.

This is a hotel I can consider going back to. I like that it is close to city centre but not as busy as other hotels as there is no casino linked to this hotel.

위치는 세나도광장 걸어서 가깝고 버스정류장도 가까워서 좋습니다.
셔틀버스는 자주 있지않아서 이용 할수가 없었고
지하 쇼핑몰은 아직 정리되는 중이라 그런지 한산하고 휑한 느낌이었습니다.
지하주차장 쪽으로 리스보아 등 길건너편으로 이동할 수 있는데, 매연 냄새가 나고, 덥고, 보도가 없는 그야말로 주차장이라 비가 많이오거나 햇볕이 너무 뜨거운날 정도만 이용하는게 좋겠습니다.
객실은 신상호텔이라 깔끔하긴 했지만
테이블에 먼지가 좀 쌓여있었고
다이슨 드라이기가 비치되어있다고 봤는데 그냥 중국산 드라이기(다이슨과 비슷하게 생긴)가 있었습니다.
금연호텔로 알고 있는데 복도에서나 방안에서 담배냄새가 나기도 했고, 방음은 그닥 좋은편이 아니라 복도에서 나는 소리나 옆방에서 떠드는 소리도 들렸습니다.
5성급 호텔이라기엔 아쉬운 점이 조금 많았습니다.

The property is clean. Nice view. Rooms are spacious.

It doesn't have a bar.

The staff did not take note of the name for the booking after multiple attempts to contact them in advance, including by an Expedia agent. The occupant arriving first was unwell but was made to wait in the foyer for four hours due to this error, which could have easily been checked. Staff did not take responsibility for the error and made no reasonable attempt to provide us with anything that could have been regarded as compensation.

This property will not be my choice again in Macau.

Good location but no in hotel Casino. Pool was a little strange, seemed to be used more for people taking photos next to than actually swimming. Hotel Lobby is up on the 2nd floor and you have to negotiate a shopping mall to get there.

Restaurants are not opened early in the morning.
