A good place to stay as a transit hotel
Pros:

It was close to the port for the early morning ferry. I was only there overnight.

Cons:

The room was tired/outdated and I did notice a bit of grime. I wouldn’t stay there as a base. Some questionable electrical work was noted

It was passable. The highlight was the location.
Pros:

We didn't have the breakfast we chose to go out each morning to try somewhere different. The property is in a great location very close to the beach boardwalk where there are loads of nice places to eat.

Cons:

The room was far from clean, lots of dust and dirt in the bathroom and around the room. The shower drain was blocked so every time we had a shower the floor flooded. The drain was full of hair etc. The bathroom sink area was dirty. When our room was cleaned, I pointed these things out to the cleaner and he agreed it was not good. They did their best to clean it up, but the floor still flooded the whole time we were there. I didn't bother mentioning it again, as it's clearly a blockage that needs maintenance. The adjoining doors are very thin, so you will everything from the rooms next door. Also, very close to the main road, so you will hear the traffic.

Pleasant, with frustrations over transport access

Nice comfortable bed. Pool was also nice

Cons:

Breakfast was very poor. Little choice and disappointing. Also, location is good for harbour and beachfront, but logistically a nightmare with access for taxi pickup as they are not allowed to collect in the area due to port access restrictions. This makes it very confusing and frustrating for catching grab/go-jeck as they often refuse to collect from the accommodation

悪くはないけど、値段には見合わなかった

島に行くという目的がある人には、港が近くていいと思う。
ロビーは見栄えがする。
プールの清潔さは許容範囲。
スタッフはフレンドリー

Cons:

まず、南側から北上してホテルへ行く場合には、ホテル付近で右折できないため、遠回りをせざるを得ず、特に混雑時には時間がかかる。
また、グラブがホテルまで来てくれないので、グラブを使う場合には、ピックアップ場所まで歩かないといけない。
ホテルの周りは、港の近くで雑多な感じ。サヌールの南側、インターコンチあたりのようなリゾート感は皆無。
ホテルの部屋は清潔ではあるが、値段に見合うほどの設備ではない。シャワーの水圧は最低限。一応、お湯はでる。キッチンは不要。
朝食のバリエーションは乏しい。連泊にはむかない。
スタッフが全員若い。スタッフ同士が楽しそうに談笑してました。
チェックアウトした宿泊者には飲料水は無料サービスではなく販売していた。
ロビーは見栄えがするが階段が多く、スーツケースを運ぶのが大変。スタッフは手伝わない。
とにかく宿泊者に喫煙者が多い。当方は認識せずに予約してしまったのですが、そういうホテルなんでしょう。嫌煙家は避けるべき。
私には残念ながら合いませんでした。個人的には、二度と訪れることはありません。もっといいホテルはたくさんあります。

Je porte moi-même ma valise au check-in, pour aider un employé pendant que l'autre préfère rester assis
Petit déjeuner très sommaire et très loin des photos proposer à l'arrivée, jus de fruit mélanger avec de l'eau, tout est très très cheap, produits congelés
La chambre sent les égouts
Le débordement de la piscine ne fonctionne plus depuis fort longtemps
Frigo débranché à l'arrivée par le staff car trop bruyant

Cons:

In unserem Zimmer im Erdgeschoss hat es etwas modrig gerochen, in den Zimmern im ersten Stock nicht.
