Eklo Hotels Paris Porte de Versailles

We booked directly through the hotel’s website and received a confirmation email clearly stating that payment would be made upon arrival. Despite this, our reservation was cancelled without any prior warning three days before our stay.
When we contacted the hotel to resolve the situation, they refused to take responsibility, demanded double the original price, and then dismissed the confirmation email by saying it was “automatic” and not written by a real person — as if that somehow invalidates a formal booking confirmation.
To make matters worse, the staff were rude, dismissive, and treated us like we were idiots, instead of customers who were simply asking for an explanation and a fair solution.
This was not just unprofessional — it was dishonest and disrespectful.
I have never experienced such appalling service from a hotel in my life.

Hôtel très propre mais pas du tout agréable. Chambre trop petite, fenêtre ne s’ouvre pas, Clim rend malade même à faible ventilation et 3 nuits passées aucun ménage ni changement de serviette de bain. Pas de bouteille d’eau fournie. C’est bien l’écologie mais il ne faut pas abuser. Petit dej très limité en choix café filtre c’était de l’eau. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel même pour une courte durée

Confortable et propre.

The staffs are Not friendly! Good in putting blame to others! When complaints about something the staff always blame other staff and never want to take up any responsibility!
I was forced to pay the overnight parking for Euro43! When asked the staff why, the staff responded there should be 50% discount for the hotel guest, but i was not informed. The staff goes on to blame other staff and did nothing to my complain!

Really basic hotel with a lot of issues, rooms were not clean on arrival, subsequently not cleaned for the 3 days we were there, sister in law had a large African housekeeping man walk into her room without knocking or any warning, totally unacceptable she did not feel safe for the duration of the stay, no apology or explanation offered by the hotel, ate in the restaurant they did not deliver the food ordered and they tried to charge for food not served, waited over 20mins for them to correct the bill and only managed to do so once I demanded to speak to the manager, terrible experience not safe or secure

Point négatif : 24 degrés dans la chambre ou la fenetre ne s'ouvre pas et la clim générale est coupé ... dur a supporter.
Nettoyage chambre fait un jour sur deux .

Dommage

Belle expérience , proximité du parc des expos et confort de la chambre. Sans compter le petit déjeuner vue sur les toits Paris !!!

Chambre propre. Plutôt petit, mais bien agencé.
On aurais apprécié plus de ventilation et de serviette (une alors qu'on a reservé pour deux personnes).
Mais globalement satisfaisant

Very small rooms

Het hotel werkt samen met parking p6, voor de helft van de normale prijs kan je hier parkeren. Het hotel ligt op de ring van Parijs. Door dubbele ramen, heb je geen last van lawaai.
De kamers zijn klein, maar alles wat nodig is, is aanwezig. Ik raad het hotel aan voor een verblijf van 1 of 2 nachten. Mooi dakterras met uitzicht.

Close to Paris Expo Porte de Versailles; can walk down back way into Pavilion. Extremely convenient when our conference was at Pavilion 7. However, ECO hotel, not sure if that's why: only 1 towel entire stay for each person; didn't consistently clean each day; no cups in room; and sink was very slow to drain in bathroom. Bed was very comfortable, but pillows are too flat.

Very spartan, no safe, just 4 hangars.

Breakfast was not very good. The breads were tasty but scrambled eggs were bland. No youghurt, only cottage cheese and cream cheese. Coffee not good per my partner, I can't comment. Some trays and plates still had food bits. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Overall, okay for being close to my meeting but for the price ... average at best.

La vue sur la Tour Eiffel de la chambre ou de la salle du petit déjeuner est top. L'hôtel est plutôt bien placé, à 3.5km à pied de la tour Eiffel si on a envie de se promener.
La chambre n'est pas très grande et le ménage n'est fait que tous les 3 jours. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié, un bémol sur le café qui a un gout de café soluble mais quand on a la vue sur la tour Eiffel on apprécie de prendre le temps de boire un café, même pas excellent, d'autant que le reste du petit déjeuner est très bon.
C'est un hôtel que je recommanderai et où je retournerai si j'en ai l'occasion

Chambre minimaliste, bien pour un court séjour

Badrummet luktade avlopp, frukost var inte bra, jag rekommenderar inte att ni bokar övernattning med frukost, var väldigt långt från centrala paris, det var runt 1h och 15prommenad till eiffel tornet.

Location is a bit far out but youre paying less and there are food metro bus and tram links. The rooms are quite small and the bathrooms have a foul odour. We also requested extra pillows a lot but there was never any available. Learn from me and get some extra pillows as soon as you check in, theyre not very good. Actual mattress was fine. Its very bare bones, so its fine if you will be spending all day in paris and then only coming to sleep, just adjust for a trip back to the hotel on a really heavy shopping day. View from the window of the eiffel tower was lovely and so was the rooftop bar. The floors should really be moped more often
