Had a wonderful stay—The Hills Residence was comfortable, well-located, and exceeded expectations.
Pros:

The location is good. Plentiful parking. Modern and spacious apartment. Enjoyed the amenities (e.g. pool, washer & dryer, patio, beach supplies, full kitchen).

Cons:

My apartment was fairly clean. The pull-out bed didn’t have any linen and trash was found underneath the sofa. The shower has a cloth curtain, not a glass door.

But over all. Other than the smell my stay was still good.
Pros:

I loved the view and the pool area. That was awesome.

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact that when you enter into the room it had a type of heavy smell to it especially the bathroom area. I had to open up the doors so it can leave the room. Even after all that the smell was still there. It smell like mole.

Super Aussicht auf dem Berg bzw. Hügel. Schöne , gut ausgestattete Wohnungseinrichtung. Wunderbar schön ruhig, Toller Pool.

Cons:

Ohne Eigenes oder Leasing- Auto sollte man in St.Maarten nicht unterwegs sein. Es gibt zwar einen Service bei der Hills Residenz, der die Koffer auf den extrem steilen Berg hochfährt. Allerdings haben wir bei der Abreise ewig lange auf ein vorbestelltes Taxi gewartet. Musten dann den steilen Berg mit den Koffern runterlaufen, um erneut ein Taxi ordern zu können.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but the cleanliness needs improvement, especially considering the price.
Pros:

The location was excellent, within walking distance of all the popular tourist attractions. The view from the property was breathtaking, and they also provided birthday décor; however, this was available at an additional cost.

Cons:

The cleanliness of the room was not the best, particularly in the bathroom. The hand-held mirror in the drawer still had toothpaste residue on it, and the shelves had not been cleaned thoroughly. There was also a bar of soap left in the shower on the containers labeled "shampoo, conditioner, and body wash." Thankfully, I always sanitize before staying anywhere.

Belle prestation
Pros:

L'appartement était magnifique, bien décoré avec une vue belle vue.
La literie était confortable.
La piscine était propre et tranquille.
De nombreux commerces et restaurants aux alentours.

Cons:

L'appartement était prévu pour 5 personnes mais pas équipé pour 5 au niveau de la vaisselle.
20 minutes de Philsburgh, nous prenions le bus à quelques pas de la résidence qui nous coutaient 4€ A/R.

That transportation after 10pm is cut off going up the hill.

The Room was DIRTY. I had to buy bleach, Soap. I took a pic of the white cloth after wiping the floors it was BLACK! i WAS CHARGE FOR CLEANIING. THEY NEVER CAME AND CLEAN. we was there 8 days. There was no SAFE in the room.
