Exceeded my expectations.
Pros:

My partner and I stay at the hillside residence was exceptional , the room was very modern and comfortable , the view was amazing .
The pool on the rooftop could be the best thing,every moment was relaxing .
It was located in a prime spot ,close to so many things , our options were endless !!.

Cons:

I wish the room had some floor mats especially in the bathrooms as the floor would get wet when we showered so we had to use the towels provided .

Beautiful facility, but the road slope is a show stopper
Pros:

The apartment is amazing, fully loaded, even a washing and drying machine, nice view

Cons:

The lack of access to the Main Street, taxis were refusing to get to the fourth level due to road slope. When I complained, I was told I had to rent a car. What about people who don’t want to drive in an unknown place, dealing with tough traffic. The design of that place was terrible

Cons:

Il Wi-Fi non ha mai funzionato e mancavano oggetti indispensabili come ad esempio una scopa o qualsiasi cosa per pulire. Inizialmente si erano anche dimenticati di darci gli asciugamani.

Overall good value and location
Pros:

The location is great. Lots of options for dining nearby and close to beaches etc. The room was clean and well maintained. Instructions for the cook top would be helpful, as well as a well to contact the office directly. A drying rack for laundry would have been helpful, as there is no where to hang clothes to dry. The pictures are a little misleading on the view from most of the rooms. There all multiple buildings and only 1 with ocean front views. The pullout bed was not the most comfortable but the other beds were fine . Overall decent value.

Cons:

The staff weren't the friendliest or overly helpful when checking in and when asking for dining recommendations. It would be helpful to have some information for visitors regarding restaurants and local activities

Emplacement exceptionnel, propreté de l'appartement. Bonne literie, bel appartement.

Cons:

Pas de terrasse dans l'appartement, les photos proposées sur le site ne décrivaient pas précisément l'appartement loué.
Pas de serviettes pour 4 personnes à notre arrivée, il a fallu attendre 1h avant de les avoir. Les chambres sont assez petites.

Great Place
Pros:

This was amazing. We stayed on the top floor of the 3rd building. Exceptional view and great staff.

Cons:

Sometimes the wait for assistance to get from the 3rd building to the main street can be lengthy, but I do understand why. Also, its not as easy to go out and enjoy the night life, since this same service ends at 10pm.

A nice place to stay, closeby to restaurants and cafes, but self serviced with a very steep hill.
Pros:

The apartments were nice, there were good cafes and restaurants nearby, and the staff were mostly helpful. The furniture in our room was quite modern, aircon was great, there was a coffee machine in our room too which was nice. These residences are newer buildings with a rooftop pool and spa on each building. If you don't mind self serviced apartments with a bit of trekking up and down steep hills, then this place will be fine. The views are also great of the harbour, it's not a bad location - but would be recommended you hire a car if staying here.

Cons:

It was not very clear that these residences are scattered along the side of a steep hill, our room was in the third building which meant we had to walk up a very steep incline every time we wanted to get back to our room. The property should advertise this better because if someone has an injury or disability that hill is going to be troublesome. The room was nice, but all the body and hand soaps were completely empty. There was no dish soap we could find to stay on top of dishes. There was hair in the shower from a previous guest. The blankets on the bed were honestly not warm or comfortable. The TV did not work properly, Netflix was buggy so we only had old 50's TV shows to watch. All these little details definitely add up and made for an average stay. As we were getting ready to check out, I contacted reception with more than 1 hour's notice to arrange for a car to come up the hill to help us bring our luggage down to reception to check out - they never showed up, we waited in the carpark for 10 minutes and ended up taking the luggage down the hill ourselves.
