Great Place
Pros:

This was amazing. We stayed on the top floor of the 3rd building. Exceptional view and great staff.

Cons:

Sometimes the wait for assistance to get from the 3rd building to the main street can be lengthy, but I do understand why. Also, its not as easy to go out and enjoy the night life, since this same service ends at 10pm.

A nice place to stay, closeby to restaurants and cafes, but self serviced with a very steep hill.
Pros:

The apartments were nice, there were good cafes and restaurants nearby, and the staff were mostly helpful. The furniture in our room was quite modern, aircon was great, there was a coffee machine in our room too which was nice. These residences are newer buildings with a rooftop pool and spa on each building. If you don't mind self serviced apartments with a bit of trekking up and down steep hills, then this place will be fine. The views are also great of the harbour, it's not a bad location - but would be recommended you hire a car if staying here.

Cons:

It was not very clear that these residences are scattered along the side of a steep hill, our room was in the third building which meant we had to walk up a very steep incline every time we wanted to get back to our room. The property should advertise this better because if someone has an injury or disability that hill is going to be troublesome. The room was nice, but all the body and hand soaps were completely empty. There was no dish soap we could find to stay on top of dishes. There was hair in the shower from a previous guest. The blankets on the bed were honestly not warm or comfortable. The TV did not work properly, Netflix was buggy so we only had old 50's TV shows to watch. All these little details definitely add up and made for an average stay. As we were getting ready to check out, I contacted reception with more than 1 hour's notice to arrange for a car to come up the hill to help us bring our luggage down to reception to check out - they never showed up, we waited in the carpark for 10 minutes and ended up taking the luggage down the hill ourselves.

Pros:

Nous avons bien aimé la vue et la beauté de l’appartement. Lits confortables et ensemble du lieu bien équipé. Lors de l’accueil, nous avons bien été accompagnés. Stationnement intérieur et surveillé le soir.

Cons:

Difficulté à trouver l’accueil de l’endroit pour le check-in. Peut être bruyant lorsque les gens arrivent la nuit dans les corridors de l’immeuble.

Beautiful views and easy access to everything

The beautiful view from the rooftop and being in the center of everything for easy access

Cons:

They did not complete a thorough cleaning of the property. The pull out bed had hair, earrings, and other questionable items in it . We also could not get a hold of the concierge as promised. We often had to walk down the hill to get their attention.

Exceptional property.

Everything was good for the most part. Wouldn’t stay here again though.
Pros:

I loved the property. However I paid a lot of money, so I just wish they had housekeeping.

Cons:

They need housekeeping and I should be able to get more towels and wash clothes if needed. You can only take a shower in hot water for about 3 mins before it gets cold. Also, we had two bathrooms but you aren’t able to take showers at the same time which was super inconvenient. We tried to enjoy the jacuzzi during our stay but the water was lukewarm and the bubbles do not work. Also, it should have been cleaned. The water is very foggy and dirty.

Stylish condo and great location
Pros:

I love the location of the hotel, it's located steps from restaurants, grocery stores, and a bakery. You get an amazing view of the marina from the balcony. The apartment is beautifully decorated.

Cons:

Our towels were never changed and our check-in was delayed even though we arrived post check-in time. They also don't give hand soap to wash your hands so we had to use the shampoo they gave us.
