接駁車班次還是偏少的，樓層只能停靠自己的，如果有家人一起卻不在同一樓層會非常不方便，入住辦理時間太長底累行程，要入住的朋友注意！

Comfortable and enjoyable stay
Pros:

The staffs are very nice to us. The room setting and quite comfortable stay. Also very close to the light rail station, quite convenient.

Cons:

The bath tub, the room that we stayed that night was stuck, cannot use. Also, I think the bin is a little bit small, but appreciate with the recycle bin too.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

Heartfelt thanks to Mr. Chris Ching at the check-in counter of W Macau - Studio City because he is so courteous, helpful and professional. He answered our queries with patience and efficiently even if we were the last group of guests before he finished his work for our check in date.

Chris tried to arrange a better room to accommodate us first because the two rooms we and our friends reserved would only be available after 6 p.m. which was too late. He offered a bottle of wine for us to celebrate our anniversary. Chris is a germ of W Macau Hotel because he made our stay so special and wonderful. We will come back to stay at W Macau for our future trip in Macau.

Thanks to Yankie, the reservation agent of W Macau - Studio City because our request was being attended to promptly.

We had the semi-buffet lunch at Hawker Hawker of W Macau. The staff are friendly, the foods are delicious and the price is reasonable.

Cons:

W Macau - Studio City should offer some complimentary snacks and drinks in the mini bar. It is not so good as only one box of fresh milk is free of charge for the hotel guests.

The Star Tower and the Celebrity Tower are another two hotels that you can choose inside the same site at Studio City. They will offer complementary drinks and snacks to make their hotel guests feel like home.
