Easily one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. It has a truly unique vibe — a place full of surprises, where anything can happen. That atmosphere comes on top of already exceptional standards: high-quality amenities, an excellent breakfast, and a very comfortable room.
The service goes above and beyond — every little detail is carefully thought out.
If I ever return to Macau, I would gladly choose this hotel again!

飯店很大，又有很多設施及商店可以逛，服務也很不錯，房間一天整理多次

Cons:

到穿梭巴士大堂，因查到的資料是舊的，找不到要搭的路線，因此詢問手扶梯下方的工作人員，該名人員態度極差，口氣非常不耐煩

First arrived at HZMB and the transportation staff was not sure what is W hotel?
Shower room was slippery

第一次體驗到貼心的「開夜床服務」，回到房間時一切都已整理妥當，柔和的燈光與整潔舒適的空間，讓人瞬間放鬆，印象十分深刻。

每天結束忙碌的工作回到飯店後，我最期待的就是打開房內音響、放入浴鹽，慢慢享受一場療癒的泡澡時光。寬敞舒適的浴缸與安靜的空間，彷彿讓人暫時忘卻一天的疲憊。

飯店提供的備品線材與客房服務也十分充足且細心，補充迅速又齊全，幾乎讓人有種「不需要帶行李就能直接入住」的便利感。即使是出差，也能在這裡感受到如度假般的放鬆與愜意。
