Great restful time with family, my dad loved the welcoming cookies.
Pros:

Professional and very welcoming service with beautiful smiles.

Greatly appreciate the time at the pool and sauna.

Shuttle bus assess to Housing of Dancing Water was very efficient.

Cons:

One thing that the signal of COD shuttle bus stop (新馬路站）behind Emperor hotel was not obvious, if much clearer, to add a signal / post at the front door of 新八佰伴, would be appreciated.

Second, during our stay, the jacuzzi was not working.

結婚後初めての旅行で行くことを事前に伝えたら、チェックインの際に無料でアップデートをしてくれました。またお部屋には素敵なギフトがありました。
スタジオシティと繋がっていてホテルから出ずにあらゆることが完結する快適な生活をすることができました。
2Uフロアにある朝食のビュッフェは品揃えが豊富でとても美味しく毎朝でも食べたい。
ケチって朝食なしのプランにしましたが、朝食ありのプランにすれば良かったと思うくらい。満足度が高いです。
マカオに来たらまた滞在したいホテルです。

とても親切で丁寧な接客をしてくれました。
Pros:

スタッフさんがとても丁寧でした。日本人にも分かるように翻訳をしながら説明をしてくれたり、タクシーを読んでくれたり、友達と近い部屋になるように当日チェックインのタイミングで部屋を変えてくれたり、とても親切にしてくれました。

W Hotels never disappoint me, and this stay was exactly why I love this brand so much. The hotel had an amazing vibe from the moment I arrived. stylish, luxurious, modern, and full of energy. Everything felt well-designed and premium, from the atmosphere and room design to the service and overall experience.

The check-in and check-out process were both smooth, and the staff were professional and welcoming throughout the stay. The attention to detail, cleanliness, and ambiance truly made the experience memorable.

One of the few hotel brands that consistently exceeds my expectations, and I will definitely stay again in the future.

Fantastic hotel in a great location with plenty of travel options
Pros:

Great location and clean all round, pool steam and sauna facilities with hot tub and cold plunge all well managed.

Cons:

Not hotels fault but noisy work outside was carried out in the morning.
