Pros:

Beautiful building -wide variety of shops. Excellent service from service attendant to get early check in. Door people were all polite and welcoming. Room was very spacious and clean. Bathroom facilities were excellent. Breakfast was extensive, good quality and great service.

Cons:

Pillows were very soft and out of shape - need replacement. Air conditioner took ages to work - hard to regulate for coolness. Shower floor was slippery when wet. Pamphlets were shown at check-in but no copies were supplied to us. No shuttle bus was available from outer harbour ferry terminal.
