A warm, authentic and unforgettable stay with wonderful hosts.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Fare Oaoa Haapiti. Kathy is a warm and welcoming host who made us feel at home. We loved our conversations about Moorea, and the fresh fish she prepared was excellent. The rest of the staff were equally friendly, especially the cheerful young man from France who welcomed us, prepared delicious breakfasts every morning, and was always smiling and ready to help. A truly authentic and memorable experience. Highly recommended!

Très cher pour les prestations proposées

L’accueil d’Arnaud, la gentillesse du staff, le cadre magnifique avec les couchers du soleil

Cons:

Nous n’avons pas disposé d’un appartement comme c’était le cas dans l’annonce réservée mais d’un bungalow.
Aucune intimité dans le logement (bruit et vue de la plage, des parties communes et de la route)
Pas de changement quotidien des serviettes de bain ni des draps (à demander malgré un séjour de 6 nuits)
L’eau de la piscine commune était froide.
Il n’était pas recommandé de boire directement l’eau du robinet. Seule l’eau dans la cuisine de l’hôtel était recommandée car issue d’un traitement UV… aucune bouteille d’eau mise à disposition.
Le petit déjeuner était relativement simple et peu diversifié.
Le jacuzzi était en commun alors qu’il apparaissait comme privé sur l’une des images de l’annonce
Le lave-linge était en commun alors qu’il apparaissait comme inclus dans l’annonce. De plus, une participation de 500 XPF était demandée pour chaque utilisation.
Le rapport qualité prix est très mauvais, on est en droit d’attendre d’autres prestations à plus de 500€ la nuit.

Le bungalow très bien agencé et décoré
La vue sur le lagon et la passe
Le jardin agréablement entretenu
Le matériel à disposition pour faire du kayak ou simplement profiter du lieu sur des transats ou dans les hamacs
Le petit déjeuner du dimanche matin
Le livret dans le bungalow qui résume les activités de l’île, les restaurants, le shopping etc

Cons:

La route est proche donc ne pas hésiter à mettre les bouchons d’oreilles si vous êtes sensibles au bruits

This property is exceptional ! From the beautiful bungalow we stayed in to the wonderful staff. Everyone was incredibly responsive and attentive to our needs throughout our stay.

A special thank you to Arnaud and to the owners, Kathy and Franck, for being so kind and flexible with us. We were traveling with a toddler, and they made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

This place is a true gem, and we hope to stay here again whenever we return to Moorea. We couldn’t recommend it more highly!

Tout droit sorti d'un rêve
Tout était absolument parfait, du début à la fin. L'accueil est chaleureux, l'ambiance est magique et le cadre est tout simplement exceptionnel. Le petit-déjeuner est délicieux, le jacuzzi et la piscine sont un vrai bonheur, et quel plaisir de s'endormir et de se réveiller les pieds dans le sable !
Chaque détail a contribué à rendre notre séjour inoubliable. Un immense merci à toute l'équipe pour cette expérience unique et à notre hôte formidable.
Pour nous, c'est sans aucun doute la meilleure pension de Moorea. Nous reviendrons avec un immense plaisir !

Overall, a great place!
Pros:

+Comfortable bed
+Cold AC (yet too cold at times)
+Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to make meals
+decor was amazing
+we were in the bungalow at the end, so it was very private
+location across from the store
+patio was nice and big to hang out on and eat meals
+the beach has plenty of lounge chairs

We really enjoyed staying here. We felt right at home and LOVED all the work the owners put into decorating the place.

Cons:

-couldn't change the AC temperature, so the AC got too cold (gets too humid if AC is not on)
-hot tub could be warmer
-water gets all over the toilet when showering
-beach isn't really for swimming but the good looking French guy who works there kept the sand well-groomed

Loved it So much ! Pristine and Serene Island experience !
Pros:

Everything !! Wonderful location with what felt like our own private beach just a few steps from our lovely little cabin. Whilst the cabin was small, it was very well equipped and a great front deck amidst abundant tropical plants . Great little swimming pool ; fresh substantial breakfasts every morning included in the price and the hosts Katie and Arnuad were fabulous - so attentive and responsive on whats app.

Cons:

you need transport to get around the island- there are no restaurants close by - we hired a scooter . Not an issue for us and this is not related to the accommodation - this would be required anywhere as the island is spread out and not full of restaurants and bars - which we loved - so much more pristeen and serene
