Very nice to be in a beautiful hotel, but attention to some items mentionedwould have made it better

The breakfast was very nice, the room and bathroom too

Cons:

There was a lot of clutter on the writing desk, no light at all to it, it was too far from the socket outlet, and the desk had bars and drawers below it that made it difficult to sit in front off. The heater in the bathroom was too close to the door so that the door could only be partially opened. There was not sufficient ceiling lighting - only one , so that parts of the room was dark. I didn't see the light to the bathroom mirror, and there was no full length mirror in the room. What I really did not like was that the receptionist demanded payment in advance - late at night after I had been travelling all day

Netter Empfang , große ruhige Zimmer .

Cons:

Der Rauch aus dem Barbereich / Restaurant zieht leider durch das ganze Haus . Auch im Nichtraucher Zimmer in der 2. Etage war der Rauch leider vorhanden . Im Restaurant ist kein Bereich für Nichtraucher - das mag Raucher nicht stören , aber für Nichtraucher leider unerträglich.

Cons:

This place is a good example of how to lose money by investing it in a "hotel". It is just a huge bunker, filled in with furniture ordered from China, not even distributed properly. There are numerous examples, but I will mention only two - the rails of the curtains are mounted in such a way, so one cannot open the window .... The radiator in the toilet is mounted so, that it damages the door and it can only open some 60% ... speaking of toilets and shower - clogged drainage and smell of rotten makes the visit to the WC memorable...

Die Lage war für uns Super direkt am Autobahnanschluss. Das Restaurant war super, das Essen hat hervorragend geschmekt und die Portionen waren ausreichend um rictig satt werden. Die Zimmer waren sehr shön und qualitativ ausgestattet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Hotel vicino all'autostrada ma sicuramente le 4 stelle non sono corrispondenti agli standard della comunità europea. Nella camera le finestre in alluminio dotate di spifferi che oltre a far entrare il freddo notturno ovviamente non schermano i rumori autostradali. Lo specchio del bagno in teoria è dotato di luce...non funziona! nel bagno persistente odore di muffa! L'acqua della doccia tracima dalla porta del box inondando il piccolo bagno, ergo non si poteva più entrare senza bagnarsi le pantofole! Le dimensioni della camera sproporzionate alla dimensione del bagno. Nella zone comuni della struttura il persistente odore di varechina, misto all'odore di tabacco, ahimè in Macedonia si può fumare ovunque!
Il personale scostante al limite della poca correttezza ma sicuramente poco professionale. E pensare che la struttura ha solo 18 mesi o poco meno, ed è ancora circondata dal cantiere.

Excellent place to have a few days rest
Pros:

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this newly-built, family-run hotel. The rooms are impressively spacious and equipped with very modern amenities, but it's the warm hospitality that truly makes this place special. The staff were all so welcoming, and the manager, Ilija, went the extra mile to make our anniversary celebration unforgettable by arranging the best table in the restaurant for us, complete with beautiful flower decorations. The food was exceptionally good, and we also loved the swimming pool and sunbathing area. With secure parking and a location conveniently close to the motorway, this hotel is a perfect gem for travellers, and we cannot recommend it highly enough.

Cons:

Just a small note for future guests, the sauna wasn't quite ready during our visit, but given how new the hotel is, this was a very minor issue for us
