Un po’ delusa
Pros:

Sicuramente si vede l’impegno che c’è dietro, spazi molto moderni e in linea con uno stile ricercato. Accoglienza ottima

Cons:

Non c’è una passerella che permette di trasportare la valigia dal parcheggio all’entrata (molto scomoda visto che solo ghiaia intorno), luci troppo soffuse in camera, materasso troppo molle (io non amo il memory, gusto personale), non c’è un poggia valigia comodo, il bagno senza un mobiletto dove appoggiare il beauty case e senza un appendino per l’asciugamano. Inoltre, il bagno l’ho trovato un po’ sporco (sia la rubinetteria, sia il vetro della doccia, un po’ di polvere e un cerotto sporco sotto il lavandino).
L’esterno molto bello, ma, secondo me, la musica ad alto volume in piscina toglieva la calma e il relax che uno cerca quando si isola in natura.
Stanza nel complesso carina, ma poco piacevole il balcone con vista tetto.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Tenuta Pezzapane with our family. The room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view. We had a lovely time at the swimming pool with our eight-month-old baby. The dinner was absolutely delicious, and the staff were so kind and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

It’s fantastic overall but can be even better!
Pros:

Firstly, the staff. Jula was super welcoming, kind and always available. Without her this place wouldn’t be the same and our experience would not be the same. She went an extra mile for us every day. She is the soul of this place. The hotel itself is very stylish, beautifully decorated and very quiet. There’s so much you can do there, there are animals, play area for kids, instruments to play. Room itself was very nice, smelling nicely with the aromas everywhere in the hotel. There’s views from the dining area and the swimming pool are fantastic. Place was easy to find, no problem with parking whatsoever. If we were to come back to the region we will definitely consider coming again. We met the owner and some staff and they were always very kind and friendly. The service is super quick, everything is on time. Definitely recommend. They have great wine so make sure to try it!

Cons:

The breakfast. Two croissants and two little cookies, coffee and juice is not good enough. I presume this is to avoid wasting food but we are in Italy, give us some fruits, local food - cheese, olives, tomatoes and grapes. It’s a winery after all! . You can’t say you provide breakfast when the omelette and sandwich toast is paid additionally. As for the bar, although wine was great, having some beer would be nice. The dinner option is simply too expensive. 55 euro per person without drinks is too much. Not everyone wants full 4 course experience. I just want one meal but you can’t get it. I don’t eat that much so sadly we had to look for dinner elsewhere. Lastly, WiFi didnt work. We didn’t care much but it might be a problem for some people.
