Pros:

room was large, modern and clean with good tea and coffee facilities and the TV was great. The shower was brilliant and there was a small seating area with table near the window which was lovely

Cons:

The lack of clarity around parking when arriving later in the evening in the dark on a one way system. The view from our room was obstructed by scaffolding a little

Always a lovely spot to stay!
Pros:

I ended up staying in the sister hotel next door, the Townhouse, the room was very comfortable and had a beautiful view.

Lovely rooms, great value!
Pros:

The room was very clean, modern and cosy. The bathroom was really nice with a rainfall style shower which was lovely. Tea and coffee facilities in the room with really good locally made biscuits. Large smart TV in the room.

Cons:

Property is next to a busy road and we had a road sweeper going past at 8am-ish on both days. It wasn’t much of a problem at all but I’m a light sleeper, my partner slept through it. Breakfast was not included but we chose this property because of this as Ambleside has loads of amazing breakfast places!

Exactly what we needed, thank you
Pros:

Great price, great location, hassle free, no daft rules and the room was serviced every day which was a really nice surprise. Also room 24 had an amazing shower

Clean, value for money and short distance to centre

Lovely stay, the rooms were clean, spacious and in a perfect location. Lovely room and facilities.

Cons:

I did message privately and provide pictures to advise the radiators were too hot in the bathroom and both myself and my friend have suffered burns. These need leaving on a lower setting as they are dangerous

Nice friendly staff, relaxed ,clean and tidy rooms. Central location for all our needs.
Pros:

The location was nice and central for all our needs. The staff were nice and helpful. The room was warm and welcoming and weloved the shower.

Cons:

We would have preferred to eat in the dinning area with a little bit more choice of breakfast and not balanced on our knees.
