The room was not what was booked did not have proper towels and nothing on website stated deposit required and when checking out accused of stealing towels and tried to keep deposit. We finally did get deposit back but not without a fight.

The floor in our room was dirty. The bedding was not the cleanest. On the website it said they had continental breakfast and none was available. The worker stated that breakfast was for their long term residents

Pros:

Once I saw the second live roach, I figured it was time to leave and I opted to sleep in my rental car at the airport instead of this place. Credit to the front desk gentlemen, he was very understanding and offered to approve the hotels.com refund. I have no idea how the place had a 7.0 rating on the reviews.

Just absolutely awful in all ways but the location

It was just about as bad as you can get then we weee charged a smoking fee of $180 more than the entire stay and we didn’t even smoke in the room.
