Definitely worth the money. I’d stay again.
Pros:

The property was very easy to find and centrally located to my plans.

Cons:

My only complaint was apparently there was a 400 pound giant in the room directly above us! They stomped and stomped over half the night both nights we were there! The hotel couldn’t help that.

Staying at the avid was seamless and an excellent choice in every sense of the word!
Pros:

Everything! This property was so clean and top notch; from its contemporary design to a comfortable room with all the amenities. I liked the outdoor seating areas, the conveniences of the coffee station, and the fitness room was well thought out.

Pros:

The breakfast was good, and the room was clean and had plenty of towels.

Cons:

I was disappointed that the TV cable service was not working and that guests could not connect their own devices to the TV. The staff informed me at check-in that they were already aware of this issue. I requested a discount because of the missing amenities, but none was offered. Despite these problems, I was charged the full room rate.
