Nice place for a few nights stay in Galveston
Pros:

Breakfast options.
Spacious room with ocean view. Nice kitchen area.
Beds were comfortable. My son enjoyed the pull out sofa. Fast service to get towels replenished and conditioner.

Cons:

In the future I will find an ocean front. A little challenging to cross road to the beach.
Our shower leaked into the middle of the floor, room 426. A lot. Wasted a bunch of towels. Poor design.

Great place but didn’t appreciate the lack of customer service.
Pros:

It was clean and close to beach. The room was exceptionally big and breakfast was great.

Cons:

I didn’t like how I had an accident at the pool and the only thing they could say was “oh sorry that happened to you”. One of the pool chairs literally broke from under me. I weigh 165 lbs. not nearly heavy enough to break a metal pool lounge chair.
I told the front desk and they gave zero consolation or anything.

We were extremely happy with everything about the stay.
Pros:

It was clean and well decorated, and everything was so pleasant . Breakfast was great. The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful.

The room was spotless And it was beautifully designed with a perfect view The staff was so very kind

They breakfast was extraordinary one of the best breakfast I’ve ever ate while I was on vacation

Cons:

I liked the way the hotel was shut up. I like the rooms were very nice and very nice bellboy nice pool. Everything was just perfect.

Super comfortabele ruime kamer
Pros:

Eigenlijk niet veel op aan te merken. Als ik dan 1 dingetje mag opnoemen dan misschien voor de Europeanen een wat gezonder ontbijten evt kaas fruitsalade etc.
