We checked in and checked out within 30 mins. We had to have family accommodate us last minute
Pros:

The photos did not match the condition of the room at all. It felt unsafe and we did not stay there. We asked for a refund staff denied .

Cons:

The ac unit was falling off the wall, water staining everywhere behind the unit, pull bugs on the table and floor, baseboards were peeing off walls, paint chips on the floor by the ac unit and the lights were flickering . Smelled heavily of weed

My family and I stayed for a night here and enjoyed the stay,minus the bathtime friends, it was nice
Pros:

I liked the privacy of the establishment’s location and proximity to restaurants and stores. The room setup and amenities were very nice.

Cons:

There was a presence of baby roaches in the bathroom, the chairs were olds worn, you can tell they weren’t updated when the room was, and the ac/heat unit was busted up, it worked though!

Bring Cash if you Dare
Pros:

Bargain rates, near my son’s college. Comfortable, spacious. Modern furniture & decor.

Cons:

$100 CASH Deposit required; returned at checkout after quick inspection. Shady characters as guests. Sheets had staining. Walls were rough.

Good location but won’t be staying there again they need to upgrade badly
Pros:

Location is good close to Waffle House
The staff was great but saw roaches in several places I kept my bags closed up
I did alert management upon leaving so they could get it sprayed down

Cons:

Roaches and didn’t feel safe due to outside activity

Pros:

The property looks clean but they need pest control asap

Cons:

Bugs, unclean and just unprofessional. I asked if there were bugs and I was told no but however I woke up to roaches crawling all over the walls

Worst place ever.
Pros:

It was a place to sleep with a good shower.

Cons:

ROACHES everywhere, both dead and alive. Roommate found 1 crawling next to him on the bead. Night manager seem irritated we complained. We cleaned up roackes then, we were tired. Explained we wanted roam cleaned and beds turned. Next night when we returned, beds not turned, more roaches. Nite manager moved jus to room next door. This roam even had roaches in frig. Said he had no other rooms. We cleaned up roaches, was after 10pm. Sunday show ended and we packed up show and went back to room about 10pm. Manager asked what to do with our things as we had no room. Told nite manager when we checked in had wanted the room for the notes of 15-17. He said ok. Manager said site set is to check in 15 and leave 17. Charged for another nite.manager said sorry for probs.
In more then doing train shows, this was by far the worse place we ever stayed. Would not recommend it to anyone.

Pros:

It was quiet.

Cons:

There were several baby cockroaches parading around the room. It is spring time. There was refuse outside the windows and they need to replace the gutters.
